Jose is hardworking and a great soul. He will do EVERYTHING he can to put your job first and most importantly to do it RIGHT. He is so versatile– he can do everything from drywall, to HVAC, to just putting up a glass shelf in your shower or hanging up a rod for your curtains. He is also amazing at taking a piece of furniture with a lot of pieces and instructions and putting it together. He is honestly THE BEST HANDYMAN I have ever had– and I have moved over 13 times in my life. You won’t be disappointed with him. I wanted to take the time to write this review because he deserves it– he is in demand and has A LOT of jobs but aside from that, no negatives with this guy or his service. A++ from me :)

Great job From exclusive handyman! my water drain valve was busted they said they be here in 2 hours. It was difficult job but they got it done and fix my toilet pipe line… 10 star if I can

Jose is AMAZING! It’s so difficult to be able to find a trusting handyman but Jose embodies professionalism. He is super reliable and knows what he’s doing. I manage a number of luxury short term vacation rentals in the Downtown area and Jose is always there for me. He’s reachable at all times and is always there for the customer. I called Jose on a Saturday about painting a house that I rented. He came out and gave me an estimate on that Saturday. After talking with Jose, I asked him about painting the house on Sunday because my rental on the house was up on Monday afternoon. Once we agreed on the budget. Jose and his team of four came out to Miami Beach and worked on a Sunday. They got to the house by 9am and worked until they were done painting. We even noticed a little leak by the air conditioner and Jose patched up the leak and painted the area. I can’t say enough about this company. Thank you for coming out on a Sunday and working to make sure the house was back in order. 5 stars!

Jose has been helping with a condo unit I manage for a client in South Beach. He responds immediately to my calls/​texts and arrives on time. I would highly recommend him to other real estate professionals and clients.

BEST HANDYMAN!!! I’ve called Jose twice, both times with emergencies in my apartment. He was prompt and helped us solve all the issues. The first time our entire closet fell apart and he fixed it. The second time, he solved all the issues with a new apartment ranging from power outlets, stains, AC clean up, dryer, etc. In other words, he solves EVERYTHING!

I was in need of someone to put up my flat screen TV on the wall, so I took to Unilocal.Jose’s company was the first listed, so I called him and he answered right away. He told me the price and when he would be able to come. It took him about 30 – 40 minutes to put up the TV and the shelf. He made sure I was confortable with the position, and he even told me where I could purchase the piece to cover the wires. He even called me at a later date to tell me the name of the piece since he had forgot at the time. As an added bonus, he gave me some pointers on painting since he could tell I painted the wall myself. Jose was very professional! He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. I will keep Jose in mind for future jobs! Thanks Jose!

I called Jose to get an estimate on fixing some door trim on 2 doors and to touch up a 3^rd door. I sent him pictures of the damage and he gave me a quote of $ 240. He showed up to do the work as scheduled today and began working immediately. They finished in a few hours and everything looked like new, and at the end it was $ 240 as quoted. Jose was very nice and professional, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

He never showed up. I texted him twice and he never responded. Although his price was cheap I ended up calling a more reliable service.

Please also check reviews of this company on Google and you will see a pattern of inconsistency. Jose is professional and does a good job when he feels like it, or is unprofessional and does a bad job when he doesn’t. He and his partner tiled three bathroom floors for me in a rental property in Miami Lakes over the summer, which was great. However, when the renters moved in, they complained of loose toilets. This could only be related to the floor work since they removed the toilets to do the floors. I didn’t like it when I saw them doing it, but figured they knew what they were doing. The first time a toilet was loose upstairs, he took his time going and said if he did go, he would charge me $ 180 if it wasn’t his fault. He said it wasn’t his fault and that someone must have been pulling real hard on the toilet (who would do that?). I said I’ve never had a loose toilet in my life and that obviously he didn’t secure the toilet correctly. He finally went over and secured the toilet with two screws in either side of the base that stick up about 4−5″ now and wanted to charge me $ 180. He didn’t invoice, I didn’t pay. Then my renters said the downstairs toilet was loose. I attempted to reach Jose again but he doesn’t answer once he decides he’s finished with you. I had to send him pictures of the screws sticking up for him to answer. (Tip: If you want him to respond, insult his work). He asked if I wanted him to go and secure that toilet for free and I said «yes, it’s your fault». He said to find out when the renters would be home and he would go. I did and texted him the day and phone number. He never showed up, nor answered when I tried to reach him about it. I see he likes to respond to the negative reviews and I’m sure he will respond to this saying it was renters that loosened two toilets. However, I’m 45 and have been using toilets, owned and rented, for almost as long and have NEVER seen a loose toilet. It makes sense that they were loose because he removed them and didn’t secure them correctly. It’s too bad because his first impression is very impressive and I was planning on using him at my new place in Broward but now I have to find someone to secure the downstairs toilet in Miami and shave down the screws he put in the base of the upstairs toilet. Very disappointing but typical in S FL.

Last weekend my wife and I discovered we had damage to the plaster behind the paint in our walls. We called Jose and he arrived in an hour and fixed our wall professionally and quickly for a very reasonable price.
We asked him if he would be able to cut our cabinets to build a dishwasher hookup and install the dishwasher. He said he can do jobs like that and more.
We will definitely be using him the next time we have a repair or project that is more complex than we can handle.

Jose Has done multiple works for clients of mine and I’m very happy with him. He is very polite, very responsive and very professional. I can count on him to do small jobs and big jobs. You can trust Jose and his crew very much since he is a very reliable worker and takes his job very seriously. He will do a wonderful job on interior design. Closets, doors, floors, you name it!!! I will have Exclusive Handyman Services under my wing when I go remodel properties and keep working with them as long as they are still in business. Very good price also!

I live in California and have a rental property in Miami. I found Jose through Unilocal because every single handyman I called from a referral didn’t show up, or rescheduled multiple times. Jose showed up the day and time he said he would, he called me and gave me an estimate on the work. He came back three times to do three different jobs, and even went shopping for parts for me for the repairs. He did a great job and I’m really happy with the results. I’ll be calling him next time I need any repairs on our condo.

After reading only one review on a Sunday afternoon with a plumbing emergency, I called Jose –whom I never met before. He promptly answered and came to see the damage. Quoted me a fair price and repaired the problem that afternoon. I was impressed by his work. So A week later, I hired him again to repair a ceiling –which he did in short time and a fair price.
I can’t tell you how much I appreciate fair and honest jobs. Jose n his crew showed on time and worked steady. I’m happy I found them in a city full of tricks. I recommend him to everyone.

We needed a number of odd jobs done around the house. We called Jose and he was able to come over and get the job done! I’m no handy man, which was a big deal for me because some of the things I needed done, I didn’t even know how to explain it.
Jose took his time to listen to my wife and I and what we wanted and was able to tell right away what we wanted done. Issues we had with our bed, issues with blinds in the house, he measured our windows and even offered to go to Home depot to pick up for us what we needed.
I have dealt with many handy men in the past but none so far have even come close to the service and quality Jose has shown me. He is friendly and hard working!
