horrible auto repairs car has been here for 3 months and nothing has been done please do not get yor car fixed here they are scheme artist they get people to send you hear and then all of a sudden that person disappears! i do not recommend anyone to this establishment horrible x 100,000,000,000

Worst service ever. Charged me an arm and a leg for leaving my car even worse than the way it came in.
This place os just a hot typical Miami mess. Like the good book says:

horrible place to bring any automobile. incompetent workers, rude office staff, and horrible repairs. you will leave with more damage than repairs done to your car. would not recommend this place to ANYONE, EVER.

Don’t take your car here. My girl friend crashed my vehicle not long ago. We didn’t want to fix it because we were afraid it was going to cost an arm and a leg. My girlfriend while driving was notified by a gentle man who works at this place called Ralph, well Ralph stated he can fix the damages and it shouldn’t cost us anything the insurance was going to cover it. We followed up with the body to make sure everything was going well and they stated that the car would be fix in a couple of weeks. Well it took a whole month and when we went to pick it up we found new damages on our vehicle, when we asked about the damages they stated those damages where there already. Thank God we took pictures before leaving the car! and on top of that they charged us an extra $ 1,500, when Ralph stated that the insurance will cover the damages. They also wanted to charge us for having the vehicle there while they were fixing it. When I talked to the lady and asked for Ralph she stated that he doesn’t work there, mind you we gave our insurance information to this gentleman (HIPPA Law Violation). They wanted to send our vehicle back to the dealership if payment was not received, did I mention they damaged my vehicle while it was in there possession SMH. So Please Don’t Make The Same Mistake We Did and Trust EXCELLENCE AUTO BODY SHOP with your VEHICLE!!!
