History

Established in 2003.

I started working in my Real Estate career in February of 2002 as a Loan Officer for a direct lender part of Century 21. I obtained my Realtor’s license in September of 2003 and later joined Interinvestments Realty in May of 2004. As a full time realtor, I was trained to deal with any type of transactions involving the purchase or sale of real estate. Dealing with the current changes in this market, I have acquired vast knowledge and expertise in the fields of Foreclosures, HUDs, REO’s, Commercial Leases and Sales, Land sales, and I specialize in the areas of Pre-​construction, Foreclosures, Short Sales and in the Luxury Home market given the excellent opportunities currently becoming available in South Florida. I have sold over 15 Million dollars in properties in the past few years and have vast experience in the foreign buyers market.. I am fluent in English, Spanish and French.

As a Realtor-​Associate I currently work with Interinvestments Realty since 2004. I have obtained designations such as Certified REOS (Real Estate Owned Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CRS (Council of Residential Specialist), and TRC (Trans-​National Referral Certification), CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) and CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert). I am in the process of obtaining the e-​Pro Certification. I am currently a member of NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals) and YPN of the Miami Realtor’s Association.
