Elite Imaging

This place is a joke. After an hour of waiting past my appt. they tell me they are now 3 hours behind which means my 4:30 appt wouldnt be until at least 7:30pm. Why? Because they had one patient keep moving so they kept having to start over. How a business allows this person that cant follow the rules to distupt everyone else blows my mind. So now i have to reschedule to take MORE time off of work. Not to mention that the waiting room is garbage.
Dont schedule your procedure here. If you’re going here that means you’re probably already in some sort of pain so do yourself a favor and dont cause yourself more headaches.

Horrible. No one ever answers the phone. They call me to let me know that i should come 4 hrs earlier my scheduled appointment because all of the sudden they have empty schedule and expect me to drop everything and do so. I said i might come early but thats not guaranteed so they kept harassing me every half an hour calling asking (with an attitude) why im not there. By coming 4 hours earlier is me doing you a favor. Not everyone lives around the corner and people plan their day around appointments. Very unprofessional.

If you need an MRI or facsimaly don’t go to this place. They can’t get an appointment right. They just call and change at the last minute. I finally took an appointment at 5:30 and was told to come 15 mins early so they could be prompt. I arrived at 5:10 and asked if they were running on time. She said about 15 to 30 mins late I looked at her and said 30 or 45 mins late and she wouldn’t say anything. I asked why she didn’t call me since I was working so I could come later she had nothing to say. Finally at 6:45 they called and took me in. Then waited another 20 mins. When the person finally came to take my MRI he said this script is not for color. I told him I was there 2 weeks prior for that one and now my Dr. wanted color. I told him I spoke to the receptionist and she said she had given the script but unfortunately she gave him th old one. Fortuneately I had a copy of the script which i prompty gave to him. After all this I finally got out of there shortly after 8pm. It took nearly 3 hours for an MRI.

I was preparing myself to do battle as the secretary at the front desk informed me that my doctor had not indicated that my MRI should be free of dye; that is to say NO CONTRAST. «Oh, no, we cannot do it without speaking to your doctor and his office is certainly not open this early.» (it was 7:30 am) I demanded to speak with whomever was in charge and lay out my case. (Since I am retired I don’t fancy getting up at the crack of dawn for these people.)
In a trice the lab tech appeared and sat down with me to go over the deal. I have been through this before and was not about to have any dye since I am alergic to it and I have only one kidney and it’s rough on kidneys. He was charming and as it turned out worked with my neurosurgeon; problem solved.
I was preparing to be squeezed into the machine and be uncomfortable for the next half hour. Instead he used an open MRI which required only my head. He placed a pillow under my legs and covered me with a blanket. He asked, «Would you care for another blanket?» He then gently placed stoppers in my ears and made sure I was comfortable. All around this tech was very attentive and polite. When the horror (bang bang bang from the machine) stopped he said, «It will be just a moment for your disk and we will send your report to the neurosurgeon.»
As soon as I collected my personal metal items from their little locker and used the men’s room the secretary at the front told me he had my disk already and «thank you very much»!
This is a pleasant facility, convenient, and has a friendly staff.
What more can an old fart want at 7:30 in the morning? (coffee maybe, but they have a TV that is not running medical advertisment and loud enough for the patients to hear)

Notified upon arrival that the wait will be one to two hours. About 15 minutes in I overheard the tech say that due to a move, the software might not work so radiologists might not see results for days. Hoping the techs inside are more knowledgable about the procedures.

please never let your doctors ever refer you to this office
You will be treated very rudely and they in no way respect or believe in patient confidentiality
Not to mention there system is always down the receptionist Gustavo

Should be fired for the way he treats patients that are coming for treatment
Or given and intense coarse in patient relations and phone skills
I’d strongly advise you feel to tell your doctor you rather goto a different MRI center
