I visited this store yesterday with my boyfriend and we were the only customers at the time. The young lady behind the counter, made eye contact more than once and never acknowledged our presence. For a store with merchandise at this price point, I would expect customer service to be above average, but to not even greet a customer is completely unacceptable. My discretionary income is distributed democratically, but under no circumstances would I spend a dime in this store.

Today is Saturday, November 8. It’s 1:22 in the afternoon. Whoever the unpleasant woman working there today is was so crabby that we just left. Every intention of buying a bow tie among other things. Deal with this customer service.

Great place, I went during the week and it is a little slow but over all a nice place! Check it out.

I stopped by this store during Artwalk, and I thought it was pretty great. Really interesting merchandise; and while I do love art galleries, I also love retail stores. It reminded me of a curiosity shop, or a gallery meets gift store. I didn’t get a feel for the prices of different items, so I can’t say much about how affordable or purchasable the items actually are. But I liked it. Neat-​o.

This place requires not just that customers buzz to enter, but that they buzz to exit. How offensive and insulting. I won’t be going back until they change that elitist policy, but I don’t think I’ll miss much in the meantime.

This design store is a rip off. Beware.
I recently bought an item from a known brand. The item turned out to be old merchandise that was discontinued. It also turned out to be 80% more (yes nearly double the cost) than the full retail when the product was new. It was presented as new merchandise. When I contacted the manufacturer they told me the retailer should not have even had this merchandise let alone sell it for almost double. I tried contacting the store by email for comment but received no response.
I then went back to the store and checked on three other items in the store that turned out to be available online. All were between 35 and 100% more expensive than the highest prices found online from full price retailers.
If you see something in this store you like take down the info and then check online before throwing out good money for what you can easily find for much less in one click of the mouse.
I know South Beach can be expensive but this is ridiculous and shameful.
