I was looking for a place that would be open on Sundays where I can get an inexpensive manicure and pedicure. I found this place online and call them to find out their prices. They answered the phone quickly enough and quoted me their economic price of $ 25.00 which made me very happy. I went over right away because they said that they do not take appointments, it is a first come first served system. Parking is available in the back but is very very limited. Street metered parking is also available. I was greeted in a very friendly way and asked to write my name down on the register. There was only one person in front of me so I went across the street to have a café con leche in the meantime. When making that they were ready for me. There may even get my manicure and pedicure or was very nice and very professional. Her name was Azucena. She took her time to carefully trim my cuticles and my manicure came a perfect. She was also very detailed with my pedicure and gave me a nice massage with a scrub. The best part is that this salon offers Sally Hansen Miracle Gel enamel at an extra $ 5 charge so you know you your mani and pedi will last. This is a simple place without any frills. Another poster stated that they throw out the dirty water from the previous pedi where they do they shampoo your hair. What they actually do is toss the water out in the bathroom and then wash the foot basin at the shampoo station. They should not do that in my opinion since they use chemicals to clean the basin and I suppose they can end up in your hair unless you ask them to carefully rinse out the shampoo station prior to your use. Other than that, I will definitely return. I was grateful for the economic price and polite demeanor of the staff. I appreciated that there wasn’t loud annoying music as well. There were 3 young children making lots of noise but I was able to find a corner in the back of the salon where I could sit and relax.(I will never understand why parents bring their children to beauty salons). I prefer the first come first served appointment policy since its one less thing to worry about in terms of making sure I am on time. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because I think they should have at least water available for patrons.

Was in desperate need of doing my hair since my hairstylist went out of town so I decided to look on the trusted Unilocal app for salons near me. Low and behold I found this place and I’m glad I did. I needed a wash and set with rollers with blow dry and the little old lady at the front desk whisked me away to this nice man from Spain(don’t remember his name) Now since I’ve moved to Miami I don’t trust many hair salons due to the first hair salon I went to that put a chemical in my hair making it fall out :(However I was desperate so I came here. The hairstylist massaged my head during and after the hair wash which was a first for me and was very attentive into what I needed done. The prices were cheap($ 30 for the wash and set with blow dry) the service was quick i was in and out in less than an hour and a half. The only minor flaw was that the parking lot in the back is really small so you may have to settle for parking for street parking. Also the major flaw was that I noticed that the same sink they use to wash hair is the same sink they use to dump out the used water after a pedicure and they also wash the bucket in the sink. Yuck!

5stars for my Service by Mati. She left my hands & feet feeling like if they were worth a million dollar. The place is not trendy at all, but the service was great and i will be back. I just don’t like the poor ladies have to work so early in the morning and when i say early is like some are there since 6am, who gets their nails done so early in the morning? I can tell with their sleepy faces from the manicurist to the stylist, but that doesn’t reflect on their service.

Thanks to other Unilocalers, I decided to go into this gem, got an awesome layered haircut, shampoo and blow out from a venezuelan lady named Wanda. It was friday at three and didn’t wait for more than ten minutes. Those ladies are really fast and efficient.

Afordable and fast service when in a rush! Not the most organized and good looking salon but service is good.

Super cheap. $ 22 mani pedi! Very nice. They don’t speak much English so you might want to use a translator or brush up on your Spanish!

Hole in the wall salon! Not a drop of fancy but I love this place!!! been coming here for years. Idk if my fellow Unilocalers would agree. What you see is what you get. Its not fancy, will not feel the«spa experience» outdated BUT, Almost everyone is good at their job, which is hard to find at any salon. And if you listen to my suggestions you can get a blow out and mani pedi for under 50 $ which is unheard of. PROS: CHEAP(mani + pedi =25/26 $) Silvia– Knows how to blow dry my favorite. Most beauticians are very good.(Silvia or Wanda for blow outs, i dont personally get haircuts here so i highly suggest for blowouts and even hair color if you know your color. My personal favorite nail ladies– Nayla, Gina, Tania, and Aleda). CONS: CANONLYTIPCASH NOAPPOINTMENTS, FIRSTCOMEFIRSTSERVE language barrier– if you cant speak any spanish it may be difficult. but you can probably get by.
