Excellent value. I work downtown and was looking for a quick and healthy lunch, and this hit the spot. $ 1.50 baked empanadas from the takeout window are better than empanadas more than twice as expensive, and the salad bar was fresh and varied. The key, though, is unusually expansive variety: for $ 7, you can have as many ingredients as you want, with only a few ingredients incurring an extra charge. Everyone was nice and helpful, to boot. I’ll be back.

Review: I love this little hole in the wall. The salad portions are grand and delicious. I love how you can pick and choose what is on your salad and they have a variety of options like salty/​sweet items to choose from.
The people who work here are very friendly and attentive– make you feel welcome.
What to work on: the seating inside. Very dark! It wouldn’t hurt to add some light since It is very very dark inside, it would definitely add to the happy, bright staff you do have!

The empanadas are actually the best I have had in the city, baked with quality ingredients (I can vouch for the chicken since I always get those)
The salad bar is also very clean and the ingredients are perfect for whatever you crave that day (I always get steak on mine… it’s filling and guilt free eating)
They also have a good juice bar and the prices are better than the stand alone juice places)
Yes I would recommend eating here, great food, nice family run dining and quick.

Intimate ambiance! They have few tables inside but it doesn’t matter to me. I just like their food. The Nicaraguan Skirt Steak is the reasons of my frequent visit. This is my diving spot for my delightful lunch.

What’s not to like? Great fresh ingredients, nice people, good prices, clean. I had a huge wrap for $ 7 and really enjoyed it. Will definitely be coming back!

The wrap wasn’t as good I expected, but the smoothie was worth the trip. A little overpriced and kinda dingy, don’t come here to stay, take the food to-​go.

We’re visiting Miami on vacation and both my husband and I were craving fresh food on a hot day. Thanks to other reviews we decided to check it out and Eden’s did not disappoint! It was near closing time but all the ingredients were fresh and delicious! Kelvin was very warm and welcoming as we made our choices. If we lived here we would visit regularly! :)

I came in here looking for a wrap but ended up getting some of the Nicaraguan food they offer. The skirt steak is to die for!

Fresh, fast, and friendly are words that come to mind when I eat at this restaurant. It’s nice to see a family owned restaurant in a city of «restaurant chain» Not only that but they are serving healthy options. I am a firm believer that we need to consume more food that «dies» and not always preserved. Thank you for this nice affordable option!

I’m glad to read that this business is doing so well. I can only surmise that much has changed from when I went. Granted, I patronized Eden close to the time it opened but at that time, I wasn’t too impressed.
The people who worked there (owners?) were very friendly and in Miami, that’s worthy of praise. Their assortment of green juices and smoothies were very good. I decided to get the Apple Tang (which made me giggle, as I thought about its cousin, Pootie). The combo of apple, celery and orange wasn’t ground-​breaking but it was pretty tasty. And, at $ 4, it didn’t break the bank. Being healthy was another added bonus. I had planned on partaking of the make-​your-​own salad bar but when I was there (1:30 on a Monday afternoon), the items were sparse, picked over and lacking. The sad presentation turned me off and led me to get solid food from another business. It was too bad because I was prepared to engage in some one-​stop shopping.
But, that was then (late summer). In the intervening months, it reads as though they’ve gotten their act together and the patrons of Downtown Miami now have a solid and healthy option for lunching. It’s nice to see nice people get ahead. I can’t speak for the salads but for a quick smoothie on the go, you could do much worse.

Truly a family owned and run business. Mother and two sons put together fresh salads, juices, and wraps. They also have 1 – 2 choices of hot Nicaraguan food (plus sides) and a soup every day. It is all FANTASTIC!

First time eating with Eden’s yesterday. Great place for a quick healthy powerful lunch.

After a HARD Thursday morning workout… thankful for healthy salad bowl and fulfilling tropitrio smoothie to get me through 2^nd half of my day. #athletenarchitect grind. Great quick service in middle of downtown where it is normally is very busy and hard to grab a quick bite during rush lunch hour.

The salad and toppings are fresh! There are no restrictions from salad toppings. Some toppings are an additional price, but they are affordable. The soups are delicious and made fresh everyday. Family owned and operated, they just need a chance to win over your business. Give them a try and you won’t be sorry! Support local business!!!
Lunch for two was under $ 18 out the door. The hot foods look great. I’ll have to try that next. This is the perfect place to start your NYE resolution off right.

This place is clean, fresh, quick, economic, very healthy and service cant be beat. I prefer them over ten fruits. The green juices are perfect at 5 bucks a pop you have your veggie serving for the day. Not to mention how delicious they are with lemon. Yum.

This business just recently opened in the downtown area right next to the building I work in. This place is truly a breath of fresh air. Clean, healthy eating at a reasonable price is UNHEARD of in Downtown.
I love that this place is family owned. The customer service is warm and inviting. I could stay there and chit chat for hours… if only I didn’t have to work. One time, I stayed past closing; I noticed the staff had put almost everything away. Some customers came in and instead of stating that they were closed, the staff brought them a menu and offered the options that were still available. That to me is a sign of a caring staff.
As a picky eater, I originally thought there would not be a lot of options for me but I was wrong. Although I don’t particularly enjoy salads, I have heard they are delicious. I love the fresh smoothies made from fruit and/​or vegetables. My favorite is called «Sizzling Summer» which has mango and cantaloupe.
Every day, the family makes a different soup. The chicken noodle and chicken + corn ones are delicious! They also specialized in wraps, juices and empanadas.
It’s nearly impossible to get full, staying under $ 10 while eating healthy in Downtown. In my opinion, this place is a great lunch/​breakfast option for all those in the area. I would love to see them expand their selection food wise. I see real possibilities in the future of this place.
