I was initially nervous going with auto brokers to move my car from Texas to California. Stumbled upon Thomas from Dynamic Auto Movers, mainly because he was the first to call me back. Regardless, 10 more people were calling with their offers, but Thomas was very responsive, and the price was fair compared to the competition. Everything went smoothly, from the paperwork, pick up, and delivery. Will definitely recommend them, because he found a good driver, and kept the price fair, just as he stated in his initial call. This review is based on a recent transport of my son’s vehicle which originated from New York to the state of Washington. The question is how do you begin to rate this company? Do you start with the fact that we had to file a missing car report with the New York State Police just to ascertain the location of our son’s vehicle? Do I start with the aspect that the vehicle was supposed to be picked up on December 21^st, yet it was not picked up until December 26^th? Do I mention that the the truck which picked up our vehicle had hydraulic issues which required me to bring the driver to a local auto parts store to purchase fluid in order to load our vehicle onto his truck? Do I mention the fact that I encountered NO GPS tracking as advertised on the company’s website? Do I mention that there is NO ²⁴⁄₇ customer support as mentioned on the company’s website? Do I mention that the delivery date was completely wrong which was listed in writing. Do I mention that the delivery company gives a delivery date, and never shows up nor even calls to inform they’re not dropping the vehicle off. Do I mention that on the day that our vehicle was finally delivered, the delivery time changed three times and it was necessary to have a Sheriff’s Deputy present while the vehicle was being delivered. Our representative was a Derrick and I will leave it at that. As the prior reviews indicate here on Unilocal, customers beware and stay away from this company so you don’t encounter the problems that my family ran into. What truly makes matters worse, is that this transport was for a recent veteran of the United States Army, and this company could care less. You’re forced to indicate one star at minimum, however, this company doesn’t even rate that.

Let me just start by saying that on the minimum level, Mark did what was required of him as a broker and booked the trucker per my request. He also did it near the cost that was quoted, which was good.
Now the bad: the driver was supposed to pick the car up around the 4:30 PM time frame — he called us in NJ from Philadelphia at 7:30, and arrived to pick the car up at 11:30PM. The car was delivered the next day– the kicker here is that, I was promised by the driver that the car would be delivered «sometime in the afternoon.» He called me at 11:30PM telling me that he was 2.5 hours away. When I refused to pick the car up at 2:30AM, the only other option he gave me for a dropoff time was 5AM. I reluctantly picked up the car at the ungodly hour of 2:30 AM (after all, he was carrying my car and had the upper hand).
Afterwards, I made a complaint to Mark and have waited until today (it has been about 10 days since I received the car). I have tried to talk to him every couple days to see what was going on, if he was doing anything to formally make a complaint to the shipping company, and if any formal complaints had been logged on central dispatch. Having gotten my money already for the broker fee, though, the service is not as prompt, and all I get as a response is that the shipping company cannot be reached at this time.
I am writing about my experience here for others to see that, yes, maybe at the basic level, all my needs were met (quote was reasonable, car delivered as promised). However, I also would not want anybody else to go through what I did, and based on that, I cannot recommend Dynamic to others. If I am paying the brokerage fee, I believe all my complaints should be logged regardless of where in the process I am.

Please stay away from Dynamic Auto Movers and choose another company. Not only was my car 4 days late, phone calls and text messages were being ignored. It was 3 days past the vehicle due date with no communication, trying to find out where my car is. After countless attempts at communication all I received was a text saying «call the driver». Basically after the car gets picked up and they receive their portion in the money, they cannot be bothered with you. Door to door service was promised, had to have a friend drive me 30 mins for pick up. Save yourself the trouble and trust your car with someone else.

Robert called and initially we had some misunderstanding and went with another broker whose driver never showed up so we called Robert again he had a driver to our house the next day and the car was delivered to Colorado as promised in 3 – 4 days.

I needed to ship a vehicle fast from Miami to New York. I was referred to Dynamic by a friend and I do not regret using them at all. Mark was super friendly, always available when I needed him and he got the car there at a great price! Not to mention that the druver he used kept me up to date the whole time the car was in transit. To anyone with any auto shipping needs Dynamic should be your only call!

I would not use this company to transport automobiles again. They did not do as they stated they would when setting up the move process (i.e., take your money AFTER cars are delivered – I had to pay upfront at the port, pay for storage fees at receiving port because they didn’t pick them up in a timely manner, they said they would be in contact all throughout process – no! I had to keep checking in with them and wait back for a call while they researched to locate our vehicles, and, they did not honor the contract price by adding on storage fees and a driver add on fee.) Stay away from this company! Our contact was Jack who definitely dropped the ball. Then we were contacted by a Neal. When we called back to speak to «Neal», we were told no one by that name works there. Very shady dealings – not a confidence builder. We feel very lucky our cars arrived (after 41 days) in good condition.

It was recently my first auto transport experience and I have to say the entire process went as smooth as I had hoped. The agent I worked with, Will Rodriguez was extremely helpful and made the entire process less of a hassle going above and beyond to assist in anyway he could. The transport process was thoroughly explained to me and most importantly remained true. My car was shipped from NY to MIA in the timeframe promised by the agent and company and arrived intact. I recommend Dynamic Auto Movers and the quality they offer. Thank you all.

If you’re looking to ship your car, do NOT use this company! Whatever you do, do NOT use Dynamic Auto Movers! Rather, RUN fast from these guys! At first, I felt I was in good hands with Joe Masachs, after getting bombarded with calls from a plethora of companies to ship my car across country. He reassured me, gave me a reasonable quote, and told me he would call me in the following week to finalize the details. He NEVER called me back, even though my car was supposed to be shipped in 4 days. I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt, after attempting to follow up. After calling the company, many messages were forwarded to him. Even after 3 days, he never bothered to get in touch with me. I had to finally email him and let him know that I switched to another company.
Joe was incredibly unprofessional, unreliable, and is a horrendous reflection for this company and this industry. Just don’t waste your time with this company or Joe. I should have taken the previous warning reviews more seriously, because it was a huge waste of time and confidence. Terrible that a company is being run, with employees like this. Just thinking about his mistreatment and horrendous service is beyond horrifying, and is the lowest standard of service I’ve ever encountered.

Stay away from this business. They are extremely unprofessional and untruthful and they complained to Unilocal about my original review to have it removed after one of their stooges sent me a private message calling me a liar.
Dynamic doesn’t have a legitimate goal for its actions other than scamming people out of money. I don’t begrudge anyone making a buck for their work but I would appreciate enough respect to be honest and upfront as to how you plan to do this and what you intend to charge.
Dynamic does not do this. As one finds out, the «auto broker» business is like the wild west. They simply make up the rules as they go and if you are new this you can figure this out by asking a lot of questions or just pay whatever they tell you and move on with it.

I was informed membership ranges from say $ 60 to perhaps $ 400 depending on the number of vehicles you list on the board. This website is where the «broker» takes your information and posts it, and the truck drivers look at to see if they can fill their vehicle to have a full load. Once you are on this board you will get calls and emails from at least 30 other brokers trying to get you to list with them so they can get the fee.
The reason I stayed with Dynamic is because they assured me they would not charge me until my vehicle was delivered lie #1

«Thanks for expressing interest in shipping with Dynamic Auto Movers, the only company that truly guarantees no money up front. My name is Mxxx and I am the assigned representative for the transportation of your XX. [] 1. Don’t be fooled by a voice on the phone. The lowest price will always be a bait & switch scam. Companies will quote you a low price and raise it later. (EVEN if they make a guarantee or send you a contract). They do this to ‘take you off of the market’. We all use the SAME drivers, meaning if a driver is asking for X amount, that low quote will be raised to X amount one way or another. 2. NEVER pay a deposit. Once you pay a deposit, you are ‘stuck’ with that broker. If they don’t pick up your car, you lose that money. A lot of brokers ask for a deposit so that when they raise the price on you later, you are more inclined to pay the new price instead of losing your deposit and going with another company. We can arrange this move for you for a total price of $ 590[.]»
Everything they warned about in this email they did. Their fee was twice the original quote and it took over four weeks to get a driver. Suffice to say this cost me, 2 days work, 2 roundtrip tickets, travel from airport and back, a place to stay overnight all to meet the driver who I could have just called directly in the first place and paid him COD.
Dynamic had all kinds of excuses and ridiculous reasons why the price went up at the last second and they knowingly had me trapped. Most excuses were so stupid the were an insult.
After talking to the driver his fee was flat all along. The additional fee was Dynamic’s take which of course more than doubled.
Dynamic had my credit card # (required in order to get the driver — not).
The Dynamic stooge leaves me message that they are going charge my card their fee while I am in flight and unable to get my messages. She claims she was doing this because she believed my vehicle was to be picked up on Wednesday. However she clearly failed to contact the driver as I had already spoken with him and he could not get the car until Thursday. I said to Dynamic what is going on? What happened to their advertised terms like stated in the email above? I then get a litany of childish excuses like «we do this so we don’t get ripped off.»
Then the Dynamic employee continues to text me after I am furious for realizing I was scammed and asked her to stop texting me. Dynamic gets paid, takes my money for posting information on a website and I don’t get my car for two weeks, and then had to drive 2 hours to pick it up. So much for Dynamic’s promises of:

Definitely not going to suggest or would ask anyone to use their service. I shifted my CRV from Orange county to Atlanta, and they promised me a DOOR to DOOR delivery. However, I had to drive all the way 25 miles from my place in Atlanta in a Truck Parking Garage to Pay and Pick Up the car. The place where the car was kept was quite scary. No one did called or contacted to understand what happened.
Overall a horrible experience.

I recently relocated from Houston to Chicago and used Dynamic Auto Movers to transport my new vehicle. After several days of vetting dozens of agents, I am glad I decided to go with Dynamic Auto Movers. The company honored all their commitments and delivered my vehicle on time and intact. My agent, Will, was very helpful and efficient. He was able to secure transportation within a couple of days and at a very reasonable price.

I chose Derrick over other car transport movers because he was straight to point. He didn’t sound like a car salesperson begging for your money. He broke down the cost and explained the process like a normal person. His salesmanship is very similar to mine. Plain and simple he was honest.
I had to make an emergency trip from AZ to FL therefore I gave Derrick only a day notice. He bent over backwards to meet my needs. He found the best prices. He explained every option offer.
Communication was excellent! He replies instantly via phone call/​email/​text. Big plus for texting me! My driver was friendly and prompt! Early for pick up and drop off. I received my car in 3 days in perfect condition.
Overall, Derrick made my hectic emergency trip a smooth sail.
I would definitely recommend Dynamic Auto Movers again!

Look elsewhere if you want honest broker. Worked with Mark and Robert and when it looked like the driver wasn’t going to make the window I had before leaving town for two weeks, they simply stopped responding to me. I had to plead with the driver to drive beyond his hours otherwise I wouldn’t get my car. They also charged their broker fee to my card before I had received the car, which was against the agreement. I considered flagging it and having the CC company reject it.

LOOK ELSEWHERE! So many promises, so many problems… car was supposed to be picked up on a Monday and got picked up on Saturday… and they picked a transport company that doesn’t speak a lick of English nor drop my car off at the FINAL destination, but rather miles away that we had to go find. Terrible service! Never returned phone calls on the status of my car. Do yourself a favor, please look elsewhere. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone! Spread the word! I’m going to…

I don’t know where to begin, so here it goes. I got my car transported from Tucson, AZ to Upland, Ca around January 27. While my car was in transition to California my ECU (Car Computer) went missing. I personally drove my car onto the transport, turned it off, and gave the gentleman driving the Dodge 3500 Dually keys. My car gets to its destination a couple of days later and I get a message by the person who is receiving the car asking where is the ECU and I said its in the car and he said no it’s not. Only common sense would tell you that you need the ECU to move the car of the trailer and around the shop it’s going too. The person who paid for my vehicles transport has emailed and called Dynamic auto movers on numerous times with no answer or any results. I just want to know where is the customer service you say that you provide on your website. How are you going to rectify this problem here?
