Dunkin’ Donuts

Great and friendly service from everyone inside. Gloria T. Made my coffee perfectly! I opted to go inside but next time I’m going to see how fast the drive thru is! Much improved from earlier this year! Keep it up !!!

Today was actually the first time this dunkin doughnuts lived up to what I thought it would. First off ARMANDO is the nicest cashier I’ve ever come across working at this store EVER. He was so polite and enlightened me on things that changed whether it was the order or policy just so that I’m not inconvience a. He is an angel. You can tell he enjoys working there. Or maybe he is just naturally sweet as well. The other super star is DEREKA. She is just as sweet as my strawberry glazed doughnut. Bc of these two I actually see hope that there light at the end of the tunnel for dunkin doightn

This place is terrible. They constantly mess up your orders. It was so bad today that instead of getting a hot latte made with skim milk, I’m pretty sure these people made it with cream. Disgusting! How incompetent can you be? I always had to go to this one out of convenience but will no longer be returning. The worst!

This DD is a complete joke. If you come by anytime in the afternoon or evening, there is a decent chance that they are completely out of donuts. And when you get the drink you ordered, it is most likely wrong. The staff is slow, unprofessional, and just don’t seem to get it. I’ve come by at 9 or 10pm at night, been the only person in the drive-​thru, and still had my order butchered. I do not recommend this location.

No way I give up. This location should be convenient but its the exact opposite! Either the cash register isn’t working, the drive thru line is blocking traffic or they don’t have donuts. More than likely, on any given day you will experience all of the above. They seriously sometimes don’t have donuts. Like any. AT ALL. How is this possible? If you can’t get a donut at Dunkin Donuts where the hell can you get one? This weekend though, an employee yelled «I CANT HEAR YOU GODDAMN» as I was speaking and her co-​defender in the background was yelling «WHAT THE F**K». I left because clearly they had hired some escaped cons for the weekend and I certainly didn’t need them handling my food. And I’m too pretty to fight. Come here at your own risk LOL

This location needs a good cleaning and a make over ! the staff is always super slow like as if no one has to go to work and we have all day to wait for a coffee !

Worst dunk donut ever… how do you run out of donuts !!! These guys find a way… Save your time and money and go to Krispy Kreme you’ll b glad u did… Smh

I can only assume the employees are underpaid (and possibly mistreated). Why, you ask?
The employees are miserable and make sure you feel their pain. :o If you dare, come see for yourself.

It’s sad that this is the only Dunkin Donuts conveniently located on my way to work. They’re not very nice, they usually get my order wrong, and I’ve been overcharged several times.
If you can avoid this location, you should. The DD on 123rdish/​US1 and the one just off the highway on 167^th are much better and cleaner. The problems with this one seem to be with the management and staff.

These people never have donuts our ice cream. Avoid!!!

Drive through line is long. They messed up our order and they were out of blueberry bagels at 9:30a. Not a good sign.
