This is not the best Dunkin’ Donuts location to visit for national donut day they were completely sold out of donuts by 7 o’clock I was very disappointed and whenever I go there for something else they always get it wrong.

The lady that took my order in the drive thru is the worst. Everytime I go, it’s the same attitude. She seems miserable. It really makes it hard to get my order in.

We asked if they had croissant donuts. The person working rudely said no. I asked if they didn’t make them any more or if they just didn’t have any left. She said they didn’t have them today. We bought something else instead. Before leaving we then noticed they had two croissant donuts, but they were on the top shelf and partially obstructed by a piece of paper. So basically we wasted money on the ersatz order when what we wanted was actually there. Was the employee trying to hide those two for some reason? Does she have no idea what a croissant donut is despite advertisements for it all over the store? Was she unaware of what was available on a shelf she is standing in front of with no more than a dozen items on it? Your guess is as good as mine, but just know that you should not take the employees’ word for what they have in stock here.

Came to get a donut and they were out of donuts. How does Dunkin DONUTS not have donuts? The lady also spoke no English at all and was very rude when I was ordering.

They’ve hired new people– I’ve had much better luck here with getting my order right. :)

DD… I don’t even know. Just think my attached picture can describe it better. I was«knocked out» how big my ham and cheese flatbread was… ham almost didn’t fit inside of it. Couldn’t take a bite, cause that chunk was out of my imagination! By the way, please do something about the changing tables for babies. I was extremely«surprised» that they simply don’t have it. Why two stars – because if you go in Dunking Donuts, you better buy only donuts. Hands down. The truth crowed over.

Can these people get anything right?! My co-worker ordered a caramel latte. When she got back to work, she noticed that there was no caramel in her latte. She had to go back to the store to explain. They gave her a hard time when she tried to get the correct one, stating that caramel was not specified on the receipt and explaining what goes into a latte. Really?! Can you please just make the customer happy and give her the correct item?! Then, I ordered a bagel and two-old fashioned donuts and asked that they please be charged separately as I was picking up food for another co-worker. They charged it together! And then when we got back to work, my friend noticed that they gave her three donuts, one dulce de leche and two glazed. What are they smoking?!

This dunkin donuts is the rare coffee shop with a drive thru. Great location right on kendall drive right across from town and country shopping plaza. However, like all dunkin donuts there iced coffee and hot coffee are amazing as well as there donuts the strawberry frosted and of course glazed! But, their bagels with butter is off the chain with a nice hot or cold coffee. My tip? Well if you get the iced coffee on a hot day try and get the caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar! && this location includes a baskin Robbins!

This location is one of the few with a drive thru! Located where LA Carreta is in the strip mall on Kendall Drive. The inside has a few tables and chairs with a small counter to place your order. Has the normal display of donuts, bagels, and coffee just like any other locations. The staff is friendly and bilingual. The drive thru is fast and the lines go quick. They have a small parking lot in the front where you can park or you can park in the strip mall.

This DUNKINDONUTS should have 5 stars because the donuts are great and the coffee is so effing good. I ordered a Dozen Glades Donuts and Vanilla Flavored Donuts with sprinkles and it was delicious. I go to this DUNKINDONUTS because they’re always prepared and friendly and is less packed

If I could give them a zero I would. This place took 20 minutes to give me my bagel and I was 2nd in line. Ridiculous! They made me late to my appointment never again!

So I hadn’t been to Dunkin Donuts more than a decade(since I was a kid) and the Boston Cream, glazed and chocolate covered donuts tasted just as delicious as it did in the 90’s(yes back when Dunkin Donuts was know for their donuts not their coffee). This Kendall location hasn’t changed since the 90s other than now they offer free WiFi and extremely LOUD Spanish music played in store. The girl at the register was really nice and the location appeared to be clean. Haven’t tried their coffee since I’m not a coffee person so can’t speak to the so called«America runs on Dunkin».

This Dunkin’ Donuts is a a good one minus the fact that they put a freaking pound of cream cheese on the bagel… The service is great — friendly even in the weeeeeeee AM and super fast.

Good ol’ Dunkin Donuts with a convenient drive-thru. Love the Coolatas, Everything Bagels and the Cheddar Cheese Bread Twist. But parking in this shopping center is a NIGHTMARE. Prepare yourself to verbally argue with all the cubans trying to snatch the few parking spots with their Ford Excursions just so they can have breakfast/lunch in La Caretta right next door.

ummm… it’s donuts and coffee… this business is a historical monument… but mainly I love Dunkin Donuts because of good childhood memories… so it helps that the prices a reasonable. My suggestion — look at your Sunday newspapers(yes, I still read the paper kind) for a coupon for DD’s to make their good prices even better. This particular site was prompt and polite. A plus for Miami — where I usually experience really slow service at DD’s.

What happened to the Tchai Tea? Or have is it been that long that I have not come here? Well, I do prefer Krispy Kreme doughnuts, but Dunkin is always a choice — for sweet stuff. Although they used to have a Bavarian Cream… which has probably changed thru the years. It does not taste the same, maybe the ingredients are different? maybe… who knows! They used to have a Tchai Tea… the spicy tea with milk, which was super yummi with the sweet stuff. But they don’t have the tea anymore… maybe it was not a winner on their sales. Oh well Dunkin, I am not their biggest fan.
