We bought 2 fans from this location over 8 years ago. Recently the remote receptor went out on one of the fans. We called and spoke to J.P. who, within minutes, pulled up our file and was able to tell us the make/model of the fan. Instead of trying to sell us a new fan, he sent us a $ 20 part overnight. Awesome customer service both then and now!
