Manager
Nicole was born in Liestal, Switzerland to a Dutch mother and Swiss father. She has been working in the restaurant industry for 14 years, and her favorite thing about this job is being around people who share her passion for hospitality and great food. She believes the key to great service is a genuine desire to anticipate and fulfill the wants and needs of every guest. Her favorite dish currently on the menu is the Duck Confit. The duck legs are cooked to a crunchy perfection and match beautifully with the hearty, earthy french lentils and slightly wilted bitter greens. Simple, classic and delicious.
