I had my pool and spa built about 5 years ago. I was on a tight budget, and didn’t think I could afford it. I was wrong! I did my researched I even call different places in Miami-​Dade and Broward. Customs Pools did a fantastic job and offered creative and efficient solutions that made it affordable. To this day I am still very happy with my pool. There were no surprises throughout the process as everything was thoroughly discussed. After five years the warranty was another positive aspect as the other companies we screened did not have warranties like Customs Pools Even at the end with permits, salt water start up, cells, etc they still continue to help us with it all. Very happy with their company. Marylyn and Irv are always willing to help me with any concern even five years later. I HIGHLY recommend CUSTOMS POOLS.

Ok, so my pool was in major disaster mode and needed a major overhaul years ago. So I finally got down to business and did my research and (hopefully!) got the best bang for my buck.
John, the owner, is a very cool fella and was very cool with my haggling and agreed to do the job at MY price, which was very competitive (if you know what I mean– and I’m sure you don’t, but no matter, it was a GOOD price).
I think they did a good job; this is one of those jobs that is hard to determine because it takes a long time –years, actually to know if the job was done right. However from a superficial perspective (keeping in mind that the state my pool was in to begin with, was horrendous!), it looks pretty good. We had some reservations about the time frame, but John was true to his word and finished on schedule. Pool is now getting its water back so I won’t know how pretty it will look for a couple days.
Thank you John, custom pools, for giving me back a pool I can swim and walk in that doesn’t make my feet bleed! And thank you Angel and Angel for doing the work!
