I have not been here long enough to actually do a transaction… however when I send my office assistant the 4 blocks to go here it takes him at least 2 hours or more! He says they are always very busy and have a huuuuuuge line!
Not sure bout yo, but in rush hour I could ride my bike to the Citi I like on Biscayne and 19, inside, take the 0 – 10 minute line, conduct all my business, and get back before he gets back from the one 4 blocks from my office! For real. I’m not saying he’s not out sniffing the flowers and chasing the cuties around he neighborhood… he better not be!
Dear Citi, please let my office assistant cut the line and get back to work in 60 minutes or less! Thank you so much!

If I could give this review a half star I would. This is the worst bank I’ve been to. I’ve lived in 3 different states and this bank has the most incompetent staff I have ever seen. None of them greet you with any enthusiasm except for one woman and she’s like a robot. All the other tellers keep coming over and asking her questions, detracting from the customer she is currently assisting. The only reason I go here is to pay rent to my landlord. I feel extremely bad for the sorry souls that have an account here. Go to Suntrust if you actually want a decent banking experience.

Shout out to Elier Perez who apparently doesn’t understand that «I need my money in hundreds!» does NOT mean hand me whatever makes your life easier. A combination of hundreds fifties twenties and ten dollars bills is NOT what was asked of you. Thank you for not asking the teller next to you cuz she was «counting her drawer already» if she had larger bills. FAR be it for you to consider MY needs. You know me – THE CUSTOMER! Awesome Customer Service all around. Ended up walking right up to the ATM in their lobby to redeposit the 12 bills I was given when I specifically asked for SIX! There go 20 minutes of my life I’ll never get back. Thanks citibank.

Possibly the worst bank in the history of banking. I could write on here all day but just so you get an idea of their general incompetence; when I opened an account, they got so confused that they made changes to my wife’s accounts, which I didn’t even have access to. Earlier today my wife checked her account and found that someone withdrew $ 1,000 from her account… AT THE TELLER. It wasn’t her. We go to the bank to resolve the matter and they show us the withdrawal slip. It wasn’t even her name on the signature. Then they wouldn’t put the money back in the account even though it was obvious that she didn’t make the withdrawal till AFTER the pending investigation. Ridiculous. This bank sucks on so many other levels that I will not even go into.
