Chillis is usually a hit or miss for me. This location is buried in the heart of the airport. Seating is quick and they have a large bar area for travelers who don’t have time to sit and dine. It’s a clean Resturant with friendly staff. I wish they had the Chilli’s Kiosk and the loyalty reward program and this location, but since they are a franchise, they don’t. This is the first Chillis I have been to that doesn’t have a rewards program and payment machine. Because it’s a busy airport, they know they don’t have to offer rewards for customers to eat here. Overall, it’s a decent Resturant. I ordered the Long Island ice tea since it was the only alcoholic beverage that was two for one. The Long Island ice tea was surprisingly good. The bacon burger was good but wasn’t amazing, it was a tad bit dry and the patty was slightly over cooked. My server was very nice! Tip: since it’s a franchise, the prices are relatively higher than they would be at a regular Chillis. Keep that in mind when coming here. Also, get the Long Island ice tea. It’s . I never come to chillis without having the molten cake for dessert. It’s to die for. Overall it ass a good experience.

I had a flight delay on a recent flight and popped in here for dinner. I am not a Chili’s regular, but there are really not much for options on Concourse G, where United flies out of. We were seated right away and greeted by a cheerful server. We ordered drinks — I got a Presidente Margarita. It came with its own shaker full of margarita. It was ok, but there was too much mix-type stuff in the drink for my taste. For dinner, we both got Old Timer burgers. The burgers were ok as were the fries. Nothing too special, but definitely better than anything else you can get in the terminal. The service was pretty good, too. We never really had to hunt down a server or wait forever for our food. If you are in this terminal and need to eat, this is a great option, but one thing to mote is that it is before security, so leave yourself enough time to eat, get through security, etc.

Let me first start off by saying, it is true that the service is not fast. But the food is amazing, probably the tastiest Chili’s I’ve been to. So as long as you practice some patience(which we could all use a little more of in this digital era), than I promise it will be worth it!

Good food, but the service could be better. Nice restaurant on the go when rushing in the airport

I sat at the airport chili’s terminal D. I don’t care if it’s the airport, paying 9 dollars for a beer is absolutely outrageous. There is no excuse or legitimate reason to gouge people. Shane on you chili’s.

Why is it that whenever you get food at the airport, the service is excessively slow, as is the cook time? It seems like the most illogical scenario — it’s the one place where people are usually in a rush. I don’t understand how a restaurant could be so empty, yet a simple appetizer takes the same amount of time to bring out as an entrée. There was a couple sitting near me complaining the entire time about how long it was taking to get their meal, and they had sat down after I did, and I was still nursing my beer, waiting for the appetizer I ordered. Ridiculous. However, I was happy with my beer and food, and I made my flight. All’s well that ends well I suppose, but I won’t find myself ending in that Chili’s again.

This review is for Chili’s terlingua chili only. The service I received rocked but this chili they serve is awful. Ordered a bowl of it to go with my beer while waiting for my plane. From the first bite I knew that this was merely Hormel chili without beans with a few puréed jalapeños thrown in. I know the Chili’s corp has an executive chef. How can he sleep at night knowing that this offering reeks of plagiarism? I work in the industry as a chef myself, so I know that a lot of times, to save money, restaurants will take a product like Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, add a couple of ingredients and call it their own. But c’mon, this tastes so much like Hormel, I am surprised that they are not being sued, that is, unless they have a deal with Hormel. Why can’t some restaurant chain do a real Texas Red chili? It is so much more flavorful than this crap that most Americans consider comfort food/chili.

My boyfriend and I shared some nachos and had a margarita here while killing some time before catching our flight to Chicago. The nachos, drinks and service were good.

There is not much to choose from restaurant wise at Miami Airport. We have eaten here with the kids probably half a dozen times and the food Is ok — the margaritas are good though(beware no prices on show). Just don’t look under the table as the underside will be full of other people’s discarded gum — yuk

On vacation heading back from Cancun. Killed some time here. Service was average. Not too busy but enough where we did not see our server for refills. Food was good.

Shamoooooo! Is this little old me slipping in a 1st review in my spiritual home of Miami? Indeed one thinks it is. Cool! Well, on with the review of this airport located outlet, of the not so cool mega chain Chili’s. Every once in a while one must seek out a chain restaurant, a restaurant that is the complete antithesis of what Unilocal is about and defile oneself on the goodness of doing something naughty. Chili’s has a formula, and the simple fact is they are still here and have spread across not just your country but mine too. So to the meal. I’ll admit, it was great. The cheesy nachos stuffed with beans was tasty. My cajun chicken burger was great, and my refillable cokes kept on being filled. The server was attentive, the décor and atmosphere comfortable, and it didn’t obliterate my wallet. As airport food goes, the options on Chili’s menu are extensive and on this showing good. Will you find me in Chili’s every day? No! May you on the rare occasion find me huddled in the corner, gorging myself on chain restaurant food, like a squirrel collecting nuts before a cold winter? Only if you are very lucky.
