This drive true took 40 Min for 8 cars to order. Its employees lack professionalism and argue repeatedly.

Very very rude! Lady at drive through yelled at my daughter then my husband. We ordered 6 burgers and fries. We got 2 burgers, 1 cheeseburger and 1 burned order of fries.
Do not give this place the time of day– or night!

Rude welcome. And the people do not want to be here. I will not go back. I love their fries and that’s about it and so I won’t be going back because of the treatment. These are those people who ask for 15 an hour but don’t even deserve it.

This is the WORST checkers I have ever been to. The food always comes out cold, even in the morning. The service is beyond terrible. When I complained that the food was cold, several employees came to the window arguing with me and getting defensive. If you don’t want food poisoning, please consider going somewhere else. It’s terrible, and not worth the terrible customer service and cold food. I’ve been to better checkers.

I love checkers. I usually go to checkers late at night. This one is one that I will never go to again because of their constant bad service, I am nice and every time I leave this checkers I leave pissed… not because of the food but because of how disrespectful the employees are. Tip for anyone looking for a job. Don’t work at a place if you hate your job, just quit and get a better one, some night shift employees there should do that exact thing. I would rather go to the one in Hollywood than this one even if this one is closer. Overall: Horrible service. Good food.

I used to work here like a year ago, and it is the filthiest place a person can breath. Oil greasy, clean oxygen lacking environment it twas. What a shame. everytime the health inspector came by the called so the manager could… oh well I don’t want to get anyone cute in trouble :) but um, the burgers ARE actually good so! Cheers to yummy burgers

Yes the Gourmet Diner does eat fast food especially when its late at night you have a hungry friend in the car and you just saw a commercial for this delicious Hot Philly Cheese Steak… Well Not all fast food places are created equal and this particular one should be Negative Stars.
Keep it simple — Two Philly cheese steaks — an all American Cheeseburger & Two Value Fries.
Question: What comes on the Cheese steaks — Mayo & red Onions — what comes on the burgers Just Pickles & Ketchup… Fine — Are you sure yes. OK please NO MAYO on the cheese steaks.
Order picked up — Both Steaks have Mayo on them — and the burger has mustard and some special sauce. Entire — both fries are dumped sideways into the bag making one big bag of fries and no ketchup or condiments provided.
Second bag now received — Burgers are correct but a dried out nothing… The cheese steaks if you have seen the commercial are are this gorgeous looking savory sandwich. It was dried up grounded meat thrown on a cold bun with cold cheese and yes THEY FORGOT THE DAM ONIONS on the second order My God are you kidding me.
Can’t believe I actually took the time to review this… BOTTOM LINE — Can’t see how this place makes money AWFUL — from the service incompetence to the food being no better than dog food… DRIVE RIGHT ON BY AND NEVER STOP!

I grab one of the All American Cheeseburger. It was alright.

Makes me a little upset that the burgers are never hot enough…

Dollar Value Menu, $ 3 for 2 sandwiches, 99cent Swirl … they be keepin it real, yo!

For drive thru, this is a safe bet with 800+ chain locations, but if you want to eat here, its a gamble to find a parking spot or table. The service was really fast, but I got here after the lunch crowd so its hard to judge how it would be when they’re busy. Checkers is known for their double drive thru windows.
The menu is very similar to other formats for fast food restaurants, but maybe a little more variety. Bone in and boneless chicken wings, though they’re a bit pricy. A dollar menu whcih gives you burgers where all you see is the bun. The best deal seem to be the burgers on the buy 2 for $ 3 or buy 2 for $ 4 menu which include a hot dog, fish or chicken sandwhich besides your typical burgers. I got a 2 for $ 3 and a large order of fries for under $ 6. Very filling, but the quality is what you would expect from fast food.
I went here to eat, but there are only 7 (+1 handicap) parking spots and 5 tables which are all outside. The two drive thru lanes are what this place is all about. Ordering your food, getting it quick and getting out of there.
I personally like the fries for their seasoning and crisp shell with soft interior. The only downside is that the size of the container seems smaller than what I’m used to when I order fast food large fries.

Try their new wings. i had them a couple weeks ago and they were surprisingly delicious. They even use Franks wing sauce.

I love checkers. This one has 2 drive throughs and they are pretty good about getting you your food fast.
This one is open pretty late. Don’t exactly remember how late.
