3 months later this guy was able to fix my phone and is trying to sell it. He gave my contact information to a random person. That person even showed up at my work place to ask for information about the phone. Extremely rude and un professional.

While having too much fun in Key West with my husband on our anniversary weekend a tragic accident occurred. in the middle of what was probably our 15th anniversary toast we heard a crash. Sure enough I had dropped my brand new cel phone on the brick sidewalk! Too many drinks in to be too upset it was only the next morning that I truly saw the damage. And it was bad… my whole screen was shattered. My husband even got a glass splinter as he tried to tinker with it.(Had to run to Walgreens for a tweezer to remove it, but that is a whole different story). Needless to say I was phoneless the rest of the weekend. When I returned to MIA(And reality) I called a few cel phone repair shops and apparently my phone was so new that many of them didn’t repair, let alone have replacement parts for it, so the charge was almost as much as getting myself a new phone altogether, ugh. I found this place by chance but I’m really glad I did. Not only were the gentlemen behind the counter extremely friendly but they were able to help me out with a replacement screen. Not only that; The repair only took about 45 minutes and cost me about half of what every other place was going to charge me. YEY! This was my first ever experience with a cel phone repair shop but I’m very glad I found this place. Thank You!!!
