Most of the youth soccer coaches focus in winning nowadays at their Academies; however, at this level or age group, the main goal should be developing those youth players so that they fit the demands of the game at later stages in their lives. Therefore, these years are the most important to develop certain characteristics within the pupils.
Developing youth soccer players can be a hard task at times because of the age, and the changes young players go through as well. Being aware of these changes in our players make us think harder in how to teach them without getting off of our subjects, or other aspects of this beautiful game.
Street soccer, still the best! The creativity of a player is highly enhanced by this type of activity where there is no supervision, just fun and scores. Every training session has a game at the end where our players try their best, and practice their creativity.
One of the keys to a successful training session is to make it real; too many Soccer Academies fail on this subject these days. However, all our drills comply with this important matter, plus lots of others.
History
Established in 2015.
Cabeda Soccer Academy was created in 2015, Miami. After years of studying different philosophies such as European and South American, we have come together with a mix of both to train our future generation in United States of America. Proudly, we can say that our players have everything to become top world class football players; however, we need to work on our base as one Academy. The Head Coach of our Academy is Dan Cabeda, and currently has a D license that allows him to train kids until 14 years old; although his main goal at the moment is kids of ages 4 through 12.
