Called them to change a tire for my wife’s car. The gentlemen on the phone was great. I went in after being told they had my tire size. Everything was quick, prompt, and pleasant. I would def recommend anyone to go and get their car serviced here.

I called this place because I needed to change my battery as early as possible to get to work. They said they opened at 7:30 so I got there before. The guy was opening up a few minutes betore and when I walked up to try to talk to me, he rudely told me it wasn’t 7:30 yet. After watching him set everything up, he asks me what I need. Then he told me the mechanics weren’t there yet, that they streamed in later. Now I ask you what’s the point of having hours for a car shop if the people who work there aren’t in until they feel like it.
Then he started helping a guy that came after me. Obviously. They put his car up. A mechanic finally showed up to help at 7:50. He spent some time testing it to see what it would be and determined that it was, in fact, the battery. They spent about 45 minutes changing it. The owner before charging me asked how much the mechanic had quoted me, since it’s obviously not a set price. As a final surprise, they left oil all over my steering wheel.
Oh and they have bibles all over the waiting room. Probably to calm down customers that are about to break a few commandments.
