Nice new modern hotel with friendly staff, but … The main reason I stay at a hotel is to get a good night’s sleep, which I didn’t get here. The hotel is situated at the edge of an industrial park, and backs up on a five bay garage. Most of the garages were open and operating around 11 on a Friday night, which I thought was kind of strange. However, at 2 in the morning, I was woken up from a sound sleep by the howling of an engine. Apparently, someone thought it was a good idea to test a car or motorcycle engine at 2AM as loudly as possible. I was then woken up twice more that night by racing motorcycles. If you want a good night’s sleep, I would suggest you stay away from this hotel, or at least request a room on the front facing the airport. Also, the location to access Miami is horrible. Traffic is bumper to bumper both ways — it takes 45 minutes of congested traffic to make it anywhere from this hotel. You have been warned.

Every time I’m come to this hotel Its been so wonderful — and this coming from a flight attendant! The staff is always just completely accommodating and delightful and the rooms are spotless and very tastefully done and I just love it I’m six minutes away from where I need to be when I travel here and I couldn’t be any more grateful for this hotel!

Not fully soundproof. I can hear the faint rumble of another television. Rooms have adjoining doors. The hotel and room are both nice. Everything is clean. The bed is comfortable. The shower head is a rain shower and it’s also doorless. The continental breakfast is free. Parking is also free. The price is right here. Would stay here again.

Not your average BW. Clean, modern, friendly staff and free breakfast. Comfy bed and pillows too. In room coffee needs help but even Marriott has that issue. Good value and right location for me for work.

I stayed at this hotel earlier this week, and had an upsetting incident take place. Despite having the«Do Not Disturb» sign on the door, a man knocked, spoke only in Spanish, and indicated he wanted to enter the room. He did not identify himself in any way as associated with the hotel. I was all alone, nervous, and not yet dressed for the day. I told him I did not speak Spanish, and that he could not come in. He entered anyway, went in the bathroom and then left. Once he left, I found out that my Tiffany & Co. watch was missing. I searched the room for two hours, and told the manager of the hotel, Mr. Robert Perez. I have filed a police report for the theft, and have tried to contact Mr. Perez. He no longer responds to my inquiries. I would stay away from this hotel. I felt violated during my stay, and was stolen from. The management does not seem concerned at all and did nothing for me.

This is a very beautiful 3 star hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I liked the beds, they were comfortable enough where my back didn’t hurt the next morning. One piece of advice for people who are thinking of booking here is that the bathrooms may look nice but the shower has no door; it’s a tall piece of glass that covers half the shower from top to bottom and the other half of the shower is wide open. Due to half the shower being open, I found that every time I took a shower a lot of water ended up splashing out onto the bathroom floor. I’m not a fan of this modern doorless shower. On a completely separate note, many of the hotel rooms have that connecting door to another hotel room located right next door. This door is not very sound proof, so if someone is staying next door you can easily hear them talking, watching tv, and et cetera. Unfortunately, after staying at this hotel for almost two weeks, I frequently heard the people next door making«woohoo», or as most people say in positive way, making love. This is expected from hotels, but because the door is not thick you may hear people messing around in bed. Here are some other slightly annoying experiences from my stay: –The cleaning chemicals or what not used by housekeeping are quite overpowering. I got quite a few headaches from the smell. –The breakfast is okay, not anything special. Includes typical breakfast foods. –The hotel is located next to a car mechanics store. Pretty much every night around 9 – 10 pm I heard a sports car from this mechanic store speeding down the road.
