Well I’m sorry but I have stayed at 5Star Hotel’s & never heard paying 2WEEKS before Arrival. I am giving you my opinion as a out of town customer. & I am a person of high standards which is why I considered staying in your King Suite in the first place. I don’t have a problem with paying, if it was too costly I would have not wasted my time conversing with Camille for 2days. I can’t tell you how to run your business but I can give you my opinion as an Out-​Of-​Town Consumer. I think it a bit much to ask your clients to send large amounts of money 2WEEKS before they arrive to Miami. As a Out-​Of-​Town consumer I am even willing to send over half of my balance but paying off my balance in full and I have not even physically seen your establishment does not sit well with me. I am a big on reading reviews of other people’s stay, I understand Camille told me that your clients are more upper echelon & they don’t like to write reviews. I only found 2reviews of your establishment on Realself as of which they did not post any pictures of there stay. paying in full was a little uncomfortable for me. And the reason I keep saying Out-​Of-​Town Customer is because If I lived in Miami, and had the ability to come TO your business to meet you & my caregivers or at least Take a Look with my own eyes to see what I’m paying for, I would feel much better & I would respect your policy. I was gonna stay here and to be honest it seems like a scam. I spoke with Camille (sweet girl) for almost a hour for three days, she asked would I like to Skype I said SURE with excitement then she replies I have to set a date an ill let you know next week whens a good date. Huh? If this is a suppose to be upper scale RH why would I have to wait? Your telling me how beautiful an clean your establishment is but can’t skype on sight. Then they wanted 25% deposit which was FINE. Then I find out they want balance before I’m even picked up from airport! Who gives 1300 hundred dollars with out even checking in first. Run fast … I have not seen on patient on REALSELF post pictures of there stay here. Which is veryyyyy strange … BEWARE. To bad I gotta give them at least 1 star to post review
FYI * I asked for the invoice immediately. Money is NOT a issue I paid CASH for my procedure … If you want more info on how ppl feel there a SCAM visit REALSELF…
