In my 35 years of event planning and photography I’ve met a lot of wonderfully talented people but today truly sets one deep in my spirit… I had the greatest honor today to work with Nicolo Noto creative director… he not only has a wonderful spirit and is talented it’s so easy to communicate when he truly transformed in the property at the Palms Hotel in to my client dream come true… Thank you so much for making me look good!

I agree with Alison below, these guys also came recommended by my wedding coordinator at the hotel and i was def. not pleased. I wish I would’ve had more time to search for a better florist but due to time restrictions, and coming from out of town, I had little choice but to go with whom was recommended. To this day I look back at my pictures and am saddeded at the poor results I got. I even sacrificed my table centerpiece and the ceremony table flowers so taht they could add that extra money to make the current pieces bigger, and all i got was one extra hydrenga per square vase which looked really awkward and misplaced.

I do not recommend Bayfront Floral and Event Design to brides and grooms who care about details. However, if you aren’t particular about what type of flowers or colors you want, and just want something nice then go for it. You’ll probably be happy as Bayfront Florals does quality work and came highly recommended from my wedding coordinator. I however, was extremely unhappy the day before my wedding when I showed up at the office to pick up three, small, white orchids for my hair appointment and found out that my flowers were nowhere to be found. This is after my mother and I were promised on at least 3 different occasions that the flowers would be ready for me in vials of water so that they wouldn’t wilt. When I showed up, the owner only had giant white and purple flowers to offer me. Keep in mind that they weren’t in water and that I had no purple in my wedding! When I got upset I was offered cala-lillies or roses instead. Thank goodness my amazing wedding coordinator at The Palms was able to procure small orchids on a moments notice from another florist or I would have had nothing to wear in my hair! Bayfront also wasn’t able to deliver on the white orchid boutonnieres that were written in my contract. My boutonnieres ended up being all roses instead of orchids for my beach wedding and my requested peach roses were instead orange. Now while these might seem like small mistakes to an outsider or the owner they were extremely upsetting and stressful to a bride who had invested so much time, energy and money into planning her wedding day. I wrote an email the day after my wedding stating my disappointment and got no response for weeks until my weddingwire review was discovered. At this point I got an apology and a small refund for which I greatly appreciate, but I was repeatedly harassed and asked to remove my weddingwire and Unilocal review in order to keep the refund. I should tell you that not everything was terrible. The flowers looked lovely for the guests; the centerpieces, the bouquets and boutonnieres, but as a whole I wasn’t happy as details are important to me and I enjoy getting what I pay for.
