I love this place a real gem. The art work is so cool and visually stimulating and the music is different every night. The staff is awesome. We always have fun here. Good for people who play pool, like stiff drinks, and cool art.

While visiting Miami with a friend of mine who’s a Miami native, we went to Bardot Saturday night to hang out, enjoy some live music, and have a few drinks. I’m a really big fan of the vibe at Bardot. The vibe is unique and takes you out of the club scene and into more of a lounge element, which is less overwhelming and allows for some actual conversation. While at Bardot, MNKYBSNSS was playing live and was great. I’d highly recommend Bardot to anyone looking for something different from a major club scene and who enjoys a more unique and cool vibe.

I don’t understand the music, what is it? No house not anything just a bit weird. And too many people smoke cigarettes i here — hello! It’s 2016! When when we ask to step outside to breathe we weren’t allowed. Wth? It costs $ 20/dude to come inside but it wasn’t anything spectacular, if not mediocre.

Had a horrible experience. Left a tab open ordered 3 Stella’s for myself and 2 other beers for two young ladies. When I get the tab they had charged me for 3 extra drinks($ 50 each btw, of a beer I have never heard of, 1940 something) which I never ordered. And when I tried to clear up the situation they said I was lying and would not remove the charges. It was either pay or we’ll call the cops type of deal. So my word against theirs obviously I had to pay. IF you do go CASHOUTIMMEDIATELY! The bartenders are clearly not very good at multi tasking. BEWARE! THIEVES! On top of that I left tip just to show I was not trying to skim anyone out of anything. SERIOUSLY, that is very un cool what they did and I would not want anyone to be robbed in that fashion. We work to hard to have our money stolen from us.

Went to see Chrome Sparks, was a little skeptical from all of the negative reviews but went anyway and had a great time. I guess the drinks were expensive? But its honestly exactly what I expected for the area. Very intimate live music venue, loved the couches and the staff didn’t seem rude at all and were pretty accommodating unlike what a lot of people on here are saying. It seems like it could be a lot different on nights where its not a ticketed event but I had a good experience.

I came here last month because a friend who was visiting wanted to check out this place. The minute I walked in I wanted to leave. The music was awful, it was so crowded that you could barely move, the crowd just looked soulless; The staff was rude and looked as though they hated their jobs. We left soon after and went to Gramps and had a better night Idk what this place is about but it definitely doesn’t fit into what I’ve seen in Wynwood– where everyone and everything is far more laid back and welcoming.

They have good music if you check whose playing beforehand. If you don’t like cigarettes or smoke or louuudness its definitely not for you. Plus its airconditioned and can dance or hang to side. Gets crowded though.

Always a favorite. Different nights, different vibe but the music is ALWAYS stellar!!! The staff and super cool and not pretentious and gorgeous on top of it all. Sexy place, great for a last night date stop, or party all night long. Still going strong after 6.5 years which says something in Miami. Near Wynwood but doing its own thing. Really, can’t say enough about this place. Love!!!

This place is getting two stars because the music was good, but the service was horrendous. My group was offered a bottle and when we asked the size they repeatedly said 1.75 liter so we agreed and settled in and gave a credit card. They came back with a 1 liter! When we pointed out the blatant FRAUDULENT tactic, the manager came and told me it was too bad, albeit very nicely. Didn’t offer a single drink or concession. They bold faced lied about the size of the bottle and essentially tricked us. Pathetic, low-class, dirt-bag way to operate. They should move to a more befitting neighborhood.

Ugly hipsters that believe the dance floor should consist of their back packs. Sorry I come to a club to dance. Try going to pickle and dancing around bunch of hobo bags. Not sure why this place allows it.

Solely reviewing my 2016 New Years Eve experience here. Such a fun party! I NEVER dance unless I’m on the verge of falling-down-drunk, but the DJ at Bardot got me groooovin. We had a table towards the side of the venue which was perfect because we were removed from the crowd, but the dance vibe was still going strong. The service was slow, but no one seemed to care since the music was so fun.

If I can give 0STARS I would. This is the only place I have ever been to throw you out when you ask for a manager. My wife and I were there Saturday night and the music was awful, The crowd looked like children with their parents. The servers and entire staff have an attitude that you wouldn’t believe. The waitress took 30 minutes in between orders to get our drinks. After several drinks my wife wasn’t feeling well and I asked for the check. I politely told the waitress my wife isn’t feeling well and we couldn’t drink and she replied NOTMYPROBLEM. I immediately asked to speak to the manager and the told me to F myself. She refused to bring me back my check, running all over the club until I chased her out and she told the bouncers I had pushed her and refused to pay my bill. So Bardot’s policy is if you have a problem with your bill or service, you get physically thrown out. This place is garbage just like their staff.

I like the atmosphere very relaxing, and intimate I love how there are couches to sit on and just relax like you’re at home. I only had two problems. one of them were the toilets which did not flush, this was my first time at the venue so I don’t know how things run. only one or two flushed but the rest did not while being there. I also did notice the art work it was pretty cool. now to the bar tenders. One of them was blonde and she was very attentive to all the guests there which was good. Now one of my friends got drinks from one bar tender in particular and said that she gave my friend the card back which is false information on her end. Either the bartender misplaced the card or she stole it either way it looked bad on her part. I also didn’t like that she was drunk on the job?! that’s totally unprofessional. but in the end my friend replaced her card for the new one. I just hope when I decide to go back to Bardot we don’t have that much of a negative experience. other than that I think the night went well.

Decent place. Minus one star for the bartenders completely ignoring me and having a chat fest… not cool with a large group of patrons awaiting service. Music was pretty good though. Decent crowd and pretty cool atmosphere. Also doesn’t smell like a bar which is a big plus. Drink prices seemed a little high and 18% auto tip included. Minus another star. Verdict on this place is mixed. Not sure if I would recommend it.

A girls night for a friend’s birthday & we ended up here because a more popular bar in the wynwood area was wayyy too packed. I liked this place as soon as we walked in. The back entrance gives it a speakeasy vibe & the darkness inside adds to it. Bottle girl who attended my friends & I was very nice & attentive, even though we weren’t part of the party who ordered the bottles. There was a tech-house dj playing live music that day & I’m not one to go somewhere for house music but the deep beats had me vibin. Heard they have hip hop nights on Tuesdays so I need to check that out.

BEWARE — These guys stole money from my credit card. They changed the tip amount from $ 5 on a $ 24 tab to $ 50. I only found out because my credit company contacted me because they noticed a 200% tip. They blatantly tried to steal from me and the only phone number they have to contact them does not work. I have never had a bar try to pull fraud like this on me before just ruins the experience

Dark chill atmosphere with the typical«you can’t sit with us» Miami Vibe. Had a great time nonetheless. Jack Daniels Honey on the rocks was $ 13 which isn’t bad. No cover for ladies. DJ was good. And one last thing, stop allowing cigarette smoking inside! Would go again.

I love Bardot. It might as well be my second home in Miami. In fact, I’m SHOCKED this place gets anything below a 4 star review. I saw so many bad reviews from moronic people that I had to post a review. I never write Unilocal reviews, but I’ll stick up for my local favorite here. And remember, when reading reviews of the negative Nancys, always think about what perspective they’re writing from when you’re reading. First and foremost, if you don’t understand«underground»(I hate using that word, but I have no other way of explaining it to the layman) electronic music, then you might not like the vibe here. Just turn around and go home if that’s the case. If you are a fan of really quality electronic music, then pay the cover and get your ass inside, because it’s totally worth it. The second most common complaint is that it’s dark inside. Of course it is. This isn’t South Beach with lights and sparklers. If that’s what you came for, go stand in line at LIV. There’s plenty of light to see people’s faces and get around. Yet it’s also the right amount of light for people to lose enough inhibition and hit the dance floor. Isn’t that what the night is all about? Finally, when I see people on here complain about drink prices, I laugh. A table at Bardot is half the price it is at those nightmarish clubs on the beach. Drinks at the bar are competitively priced for the area(I’m including Brickell in this area, because it’s a 10 minute cab drive south and I live in Brickell). In fact, they’re cheaper than in Brickell. If you want bar prices, GOTO A BAR. Remember, they still have to pay the musical acts. You’re here for the music. Ok, enough bashing on the negative reviews. Why do I love Bardot? 1. Friendly staff for a doorman type place — never pretentious and always professional 2. The vibe inside… nothing beats it. Most people are here for the music and not to be seen, unlike other lounges/clubs in Miami. 3. There’s a pool table! What kind of nightclub has a pool table? Bardot does. 4. Table prices are really not that bad, especially if you split it between 4 people. You can pay $ 175 at a bar on a night out as a guy(who’s got that round of shots!?) At Bardot that’s your share of the table if you’re a guy. Pretty awesome deal. 5. The music — I’ll end with this because it’s the most important part. They get the most eclectic group of bands and electronic music producers in the world to come here. And they get them before they get big. Ever heard of Kygo? He played here 1 ½ years ago. I rest my case.

Worst place I have ever been too. I was forewarned that this place was called the«sardine club» and I didn’t understand why until I got here. They charge a cover for women and a higher one for men even if both alike have subscribed for Jukely– which is an app customer pay a monthly fee for for entrance into events that they reserve in advance for. If you have Jukely, don’t bother coming here because they will not honor it. I am all for spending money at an event that is guaranteed a good time, but this place was overpriced, overpacked, and not worth the money paid to be here. Don’t pack this place over fire code regulations and maybe you would have more returning customers. Horrible overpriced experience for a frequent resident of Miami techno underground events or pretty much any popular event in general.

EXPENSIVEASFUCK! but… it’s worth it if you have the money because the vibe here is amazing. Everything from the lighting, the theme, the pool table, the music/dj’s, live music, everything is worth the $$$ so come prepared to drop the $$$.

I definitely would not return to Bardot unless it were for specific reason and not of my own choosing. When I visited Bardot it was for a friends birthday, so I didn’t really have a say in the matter. I’m always down to go somewhere I’ve never been before, so I was eager to check it out. My friend was able to get us a table and a bottle but that did not save the evening. The music was absolutely atrocious. The be quite frank, I’m not sure what type of music it was. Some would say house music, but I beg to differ. It was crowded, and we were all pretty bored. It just wasn’t a good time.

Went in with a large group of mixed races, and we got some stares. Sorry bout it. $ 5 for a straight pineapple juice for the DD? Bummer. The band playing that night was a good, local, electronic, live instrumental group. Set up of the stage and volume level made it difficult to hear someone even right in your face, and maneuvering around even more difficult. In their defense there is not much space to work with, and it’s better to have a good crowd than be empty… Drop a decibel maybe? Idk Had to look like a wandering ass trying to find the ladies’ room that has no sign on the door; just another of many doors. Felt a little like Alice in Wonderland. ^-^ Hope you pick the right one or the pretentious hipster strains will start laughing about it. Ughhh, condescending and pretentious are not a pretty look. True art appreciation explores rather than judge. It’s okay though. Be the queen of your micro cool world. I’ll laugh too lol =P Other than the homey décor, art on the walls, books and games, and friendly staff… not sure what to think. The crowd that night did not put off as friendly a vibe as I was expecting. With the drink prices so high to boot, we left… but will likely give it another shot another day. Again, both bartenders and door staff were all super friendly though. Plus 1 star.

O Bardot, how I love thee. Bardot is an awesome place. Most of the time they have great music, usually of chill electronic genres. The vibe is always awesome, whether it’s packed to the brim or filled w 50 people. I love bringing friends from out of town to Bardot, they get a taste of the music scene without the hassle of South Beach. I would recommend for a group or a girls’ night. Best yet, Gigi’s is right next door so if you get hungry you know where to go. I detracted a star due to the alcohol prices, but what’s a girl to do.

It’s so refreshing to have a place like Bardot in Miami when it comes to Miami nightlife. I have always loved how intimate this place is. Bardot truly embodies a «speak easy» with live music and it is hands down one of the best places to go when you are on a first date that is going well and is sure to end well. How can it not? This place oozes sex, from the artwork, to the décor, to the low comfy couches and dim lighting. The dance floor(«the carpet») is the perfect place dance close and enjoy the music. Bottle pricing is also extremely reasonable and highly recommended if you are 5 or more people, it is more cost effective and then you do not have to worry about bar service. I have been coming here since the inception and one of the greatest things about this place, it is extremely consistent, the crowd, the music, the ambiance, and the pricing. My favorite place to lay low and have a guaranteed great time. It is also next to Gigi, so after a night of dancing and drinking, eating is high on my list.
