Established in 2000.

Back-​in style​.com was conceived one sunny afternoon 10 years ago in a backyard duplex apartment in fashionable Miami, Florida. I wanted to develop a company that brought together my passion for clothing, and my desire for a non-​traditional workplace. Vintage clothing had been a hobby for me, but I wanted to develop it into something more. I wanted to bring my large collection to market and share with everyone what great things I had discovered. I decided to use the internet as my engine for enterprise and voila, Back​-In​-Style​.com. was created for you, my valued customer and fellow vintage lover to see and enjoy!

Between dressing up in her mother’s wardrobe and tagging along at auctions and estate sales with her father, Sheffield MacIntyre got hooked on the thrill of the hunt. Her target? Vintage clothing — particularly creations by the top designers of yesterday and today. Today, her finds are being worn by stars for the red carps, gracing the cover of magazines, and being archived by couture fashion houses.

When she isn’t searching for fabulous vintage finds, Sheffield keeps busy as a member of the Junior League of Miami, Therapy Dogs Inc, and The Woman’s Club of Coconut Grove. She is also a board member of the Greater Miami Alumnae Chapter of Gamma Phi Beta.
