B-Fit specializes in personal training, small group personal training and tactical training. From the moment we begin your needs analysis assessment we are not only focusing on your aesthetic goals, but approaching any underlying issues. By building strong foundations in strength, cardiovascular capacity and mobility, as well as enhancing correct movement patterns, we can make you the most efficient human that you have the potential to be. We incorporate research-based understanding into our practice with the idea in mind that you should never take a step backwards and get better every day with B-Fit.
History
Established in 2015.
We opening in May of 2015. Our training style hasn’t changed but we’ve learned to offer more services to the area with more flexible hours and the addition of bootcamp and open gym time.
