I just had the worst experience ever. I order the lobster corn bisque soup and I pay with my Debit card. Since I must wait I move to the side and my cashier attends to another customer. I wait… Wait no soup. I ask. My cashier looks at me stumbles over does some stuff then moves to the end of the counter. I ask again. Another cashier asks me for my receipt. What receipt? I wasn’t given one. I demand that they look at the register and give me my receipt. Thankfully they find it. Eventually I get my soup without a spoon. I ask for the spoon and there are none left! What a disaster. It gets 3 stars for disorganization, poor training for employees and general service. The food isn’t bad at all. They are serving Quiche Lorraine now and reg Quiche. Just keep an eye on your server and ask for your receipt.

ZERO stars. Roaches running everywhere… literally saw 3 while I was eating. I threw my food away. Try the one in jJackson towers instead. Terrible and so sad this has come to such a disgusting area. I spoke to the manager and she said that she fumigated the place but they still come back –__– SMDH

Overpriced, soups and salads, people come in stare at the menu and walk across the hall to McDonalds… my salad was $ 10, not worth it,

This concerns their new branch next to mcdonalds. Well you can’t really rate a restaurant high when you’ve been eating there for months then accidentally look at your salad and find a fly stuck to the lettuce… Shouldn’t have gone there after glimpsing a small cockroach running on the counter. So much for second chances. Disgusting place.

Place? It was like hell. I don’t think I can eat here again. Food? Good thing the food here is a little good. Love the mayan chicken rice bowl. Very authentic and it has this nice small that would make me want for more of it. Service? It was good, I enjoyed mostly of its offered service.

This has possibly the worst service of any place I’ve been(and I’ve lived all over Europe, Asia, and the U.S.). I was putting a couple overpriced pastries in a basket(located below the pastries) when a woman yelled at me, «Do you need that basket for something?» I said, «Yes, to put these pastries in.» She said, «those are for the bagels.» «Where are your bagels?» Pointing across the store she said, «Over there.» I asked why the baskets were located away from the bagels since that’s their exclusive purpose. She mumbled something about that is where they put them. She then grabbed a tray from near the bagels(across the store) and said to use that for the pastries. The most random and strangely enforced rules for overpriced baked goods. When I went to pay, another woman said to me, in a dead monotone, «4.80» and nothing else.

Over priced cafeteria. The sandwiches are meager and lacking in flavor. While convenient if you’re in the Civic Center area there are a couple other options better than this place there.

You know, this place has been improving. Customer service is better, with limited«hey, can I help you?!“s yelled at the doctors who are stalling while still considering the menu during the noon rush. The soups are good, my iced mocha is an iced mocha, the pastries are acceptable, and the avocado on my chicken-and-avocado sandwich has only been forgotten twice. For the number of people this place sees during a day, they’re doing A-Okay.

It’s been more than a few months since my last trip Miami and Au Bön Pain made some changes to the menu. I didn’t try everything. But I can tell you… The caprese salad with basil pesto on baguette was an excellent idea. The large garden salad is heaven sent too. Thousand Island dressing doesn’t belong on steak & cheese sandwiches, but it’s on the menu. It’s horrible. Really. And personally, I’m not a fan of hummus with raw salad vegetables on lavesh wrap. I want grilled veggies back on the menu. Do people really care if zucchinis are a GMO vegetable? It’s nice to see the same faces on a differnt day. Good customer service.

This place is decent in taste and I’ve never had a problem with that. The only reason is that for the price you don’t get enough. This place is very pricy.

This ABP is located on the ground floor of one of the parking garages at JMH… not very luxurious, but very convenient. Yes, they are a little pricey, but their sandwiches are really good and fresh. If you’re a patient at JMH, they’ll deliver to your room with a minimum order of $ 35.

A little pricey, but offers a good selection of soups, sandwiches and salad offerings. Soups vary on a daily basis, but good variety from fatty to skinny options. Pre-made salads ready to grab and go and you can add your protein for a little extra $, even though the chicken breast can be on the dry side. Sandwiches are made to order. Get there early, preferably before 12 noon when the ‘LUNCHCROWD’ rushes in. Even with their abundance of registers open you may stand in line.

So far the times I’ve gone to this ABP is during my doctor’s appointments. And so far of the times I left, I was able to go after the morning rush and before the lunch time rush. I can’t remember exactly the name(some reason the website doesn’t have it listed) the lunch sandwich has chicken, tomotoes, lettuce, I think swiss between a biguette. And covered with Honey-Mustard Dressing! So good! The breakfast? Well… mixed feelings about that one. I had a bagel with eggs with a turkey slice meat. Now in the menu, maybe I didn’t pay attention but I don’t recall it mentioning scrambled eggs. So once getting the breakfast sandwich it more eggs then the meat and the bagel was a decent size. For some reason I kept picturing a nice big«Einstein Bagels» size, lol! It was really hard to eat a sandwich with scrambled eggs spilling along the sides. But granted flavor wise it wasn’t that bad. All in all service was pretty descent and fast. Well at least the times I was able to go.

ABP is the only healthy place to eat on the Medical Campus. When I forget to pack lunch, you’ll find me and my lab crew waiting in the long(but fast) line to get a half and half deal. Some lab favorites: Harvest Pumkin Soup(seasonal, but tastes like Pumkin Pie. SOGOOD) Ceasar Salad(classic, although they put equal parts lettuce and cheese on it) Wasabi Bagel(cheap and lots of flavor) Lobster Bisque(I’ve never tried it, but my coworkers flip about it) The crew works really quickly, which while making the line move faster makes you feel like the service is abrupt, but with the amount of people that cycle through this place at lunch, I’d much rather have a fast line than spectacular customer service.

«ABP», as it is affectionately known on campus, is the place to be! The food is always fresh and really good quality. ALL of the pastries are scrumdeliumptious! There’s a Crème de Fleur they recently started selling… OMG, it’s a sin to put the thing in your mouth! But I do it anyway. Their brewed coffee is better than Starbucks, imo. It’s not as bitter while still having a great kick to it. Their specialty coffee drinks are great too but I can’t afford(literally) to get hooked on them. Speaking of financial stability, prices aren’t as low as I need them to be seeing as how this is a go-to place for lunch at the medical campus. But in this case, I’m happy to get what I pay for. My fav is the Pick 2 — a bowl of their delicious soup, half a sandwich and a drink for 8 bucks. I love to get the Baked Stuffed Potato Soup with ½ a tuna sandwich. Their soups and fresh french baguettes keep me coming back.

While working at the UM med campus, I would go to ABP whenever we couldn’t find anywhere else to eat, or I wanted a bagel in the mornings. They are overpriced AND it gets super packed around lunch time. Also, they used to have a carvel inside. On Wednesdays, there was a carvel special. But they have since removed it. I was sad to see that feature go. What can I say? There are better places to eat around the area than this place.
