They don’t not open on weekends even though the Unilocal Eat 24 app will tell you they are open, and then let you get charged for an order that won’t be ready until Monday. Haven’t tried the food yet, but it looks good.

Very good Cuban Sandwich! Game changer is the real pulled pork, not like the regular places that make it with sliced deli pork meat. It was my first time here and the young man behind the counter was extremely nice to make me the sandwich even though I had walked in unknowingly when they had just closed, thanks! I will come again and try the other items that other Unilocalers have pictured in their recommendations.

Man i love this place! I eat here all the time either for lunch or breakfast, Alex the chef/owner hooks me up all the time. This is one of the many pics i have from Atlantis(Steak Salad is one of my favorites) This small Cuban restaurant has delicious food and great customer service. I definitely recommend Atlantis to anyone visiting the Downtown area looking good food, good prices and a friendly staff.

I’ve been working downtown for over 8 months and one of my coworkers took me to Atlantis my first week. Now i make it a point to visit Alex and his mom every week sometimes twice for my favorite Chicken Vaca Fritas with a side of plantains. They always remember me by name and take care of my order with speed and accuracy. I’ve tried other Cuban café’s but they pale in comparison to the quality and customer service I’ve received. I always suggest Atlantis to people who want great Cuban food for a affordable price.

Small place, BIG results! We stopped in here before our cruise departed on Monday and were blown away by the quality of food, service, and the price! We loved the Cuban, Gus and club steak sandwiches. Absolutely on point! We had to come back today to get another round before our flight back home. I will definitely visit this amazing café each time I am in Miami! Thank you!

We were on a trip to Miami to go on a cruise, this was the best sandwich we had the whole time! We ate here twice, and got the«Big Gus» «Cuban» and«Club Steak» and they were amazing! Also, cheaper than our local subway!

I was walking by this place and for fun decided to look it up on Unilocal, and to my surprise(it looks pretty run down from the outside) it had a 4.5 star rating! Step inside and you are welcomed by a small and cozy dining room in combination with with an open kitchen layout. The prices at this place were the most reasonable I have had in Miami. For mahi mahi with rice beans, plantains and veggies, AND steak with rice/beans plantains and veggies + beverages was only 25 dollars. For all of that food, it’s a fantastic deal. The mahi was seasoned nicely but a slight bit over cooked so it was a little dryer than I usually like. The steak also has good flavor but was very chewy! I’m guessing they are not using USDA prime grade beef here :) but it is still pretty good. The presentation of the food is simple. It’s just food on a plate, nothing more nothing less. Our server was friendly and enthusiastic about telling us about the menu. If you happen to find yourself in this part of Miami, check this place out if you have a hankering for a mom and pop Cuban restaurant.

This seems to be my go to place for Cuban food lately. It is a small place with about five(5) tables and a decent counter. The food is good, fresh, and well prepared. Most importantly Cubans are doing the cooking. The typical dishes are in play but there are a few surprises during the week like fettuccine Alfredo«a lo Cubano». Yes and it runs out it is very good and also runs out 45 minutes after 12, so order early. For those who want to eat healthy they have quite a few selections including the Paleo fad. You can score three full meals for $ 20 dollars. This establishment is about service and food. Nothing fancy just good Cuban food. They also take the time to remember what you like.

Came in for a very typical café con leche y tostada, but I stayed for breakfast. They had healthier options to go with my to with café so I figured why not stay and enjoy. I had eggs whites on whole wheat with tomatoes. The bread was perfectly toasted and buttered! My café con leche was made the way asked it to be made! Very rare in this sometimes overly rushed city. Overall it was a good experience. Good family vibe. They also have lunch options.
