Astral Fit was started in part due to the ever present need for health services as well as lots of new information circulating around the health field. Business Owner

Joseph Gerlach has been involved in the health field for several years now working as a private personal trainer while studying exercise physiology and nutrition at the University of Miami. He is very personable and easy to get along with yet has a clear understanding of the responsibility it takes to help you achieve your health goals. He created Astral Fit for the sole purpose of helping as many people as he can to elevate their health to new levels. He has a long history of exercise dating back to elementary school where he started with gymnastics and finished in college with lacrosse. After several sports related injuries he decided to focus on lifting weights and became profficient enough to win a state wide powerlifting competition. He has continued to exercise heavily and is thourougly interested in nutrition. With Joseph Gerlach as the founder of Astral Fit he is sure to provide you with excellent service and respect.
