For as long as Carlos G. Cisneros can remember, Allstate Insurance has been part of his life. Twenty Nine years ago, Carlos’ father Gustavo, opened the doors to his Miami office.

The tradition continued on March 1^st, 2011, when Carlos took over for his father as an Exclusive Agent. «After working for Allstate for over 35 years, I am extremely proud to hand over the agency to my son Carlos,» said the senior Cisneros. «For me it’s a full circle moment in being able to watch Carlos become an Agent with the same company that I started with in 1976.

Carlos, who worked with his father for 14 years will also be taking over Guiselle Baltodano’s business. «We have assembled a tremendous team by not only taking over the family business of over 29 years, but also by acquiring a second agency of over 25 years with 6 staff members and also retaining the agents on staff.» remarked Carlos Cisneros. «I am thrilled at the opportunity of following in my father’s footsteps.»
