I had a horrible experience with this company few years ago when they let my pool go green and swampy and then refused to cancel the service contract because it was my fault of not informing them. However when I did inform them they did nothing. The technician never washed the filter so algae and debris that was collected in the filter were stuck there for months. Then the company management harassed me that they would report my account for collection if I do not pay. Long story short I’ve just heard a similar complain from my friend who is using the company currently in 2016 and they do the same poor service and do not bother to even remove leaves sometimes and if they remove leaves they dump them in recycling container and never clean the filter.
Im surprised this company is still in business for years. They are not trying to improve and only hunt for a new customers who are not aware and harass them to stay under contract.
Thats the reason for my review is to inform public to search for a better pool servicing company and not to sign any contracts with All Florida Pool.

I bought my hot tub from Frank Carmona at All Florida and he could not have been more helpful in a difficult situation. I had delivery problems, and he went an extra many many MILES to help me get my problem solved in the best way possible! I highly recommend using this reliable company if you plan to buy a hot tub.

My pool did a weird noise. I called the assistance, they asked me 400 USD to fix it, by PHONE, without even checking the pool system. I called another pool guy, it was a fuse, 8 USD and now everything works. I fired them, dishonest.

Apparently All Florida Pools takes their reviews very seriously as indicated to me by David, the owner. In all fairness, David did have a change of heart and did credit me the 100 dollars that I had spent on my cleaning lady waiting for my pool service that did not occur. To err is human and we all have done that. However, not all of us have the desire or the capacity to own up to it and rectify it. I applaud David for having done so and for that reason if you are a prospective new customer, give them a chance.

I’ve used All Florida Pool & Spa for 15+ years and have always been impressed with their service. Whether it’s the owner, someone on his staff or the technician who has done the work, they have always exceeded my expectations and at a very fair price.
I’ve used them for work on my Jandy, salinization system, motors, etc and not just for my pool and spa but also for my waterfall adjacent to my pool. Outside of that they have also done some repair work on my saturnia deck.
I had used others in the past and they didn’t compare.
I highly recommend them!

I finally had time to come back and edit my review from All Florida Pools. If you read my first post, I had already said that I was very happy with my monthly service and the guys that come out and take care of the pool
As we all know, we get leaks and everything else that is frustrating, so it’s really good to get someone who can take care of these things fast, and they don’t kill you with the pricing.
My original issue was that I had some puddling with my deck… and it was a pain. But after speaking with David, I was assured that everything would be taken care of. And even though we had many set backs because of rain and because it was not easy finding the matching pavers… they stayed on top of my repairs and let me know when there was a delay. I was very happy with the response that i received and I’m happy with my deck and the way it turned out.
While they were there, my pump impeller went out after about 8 years of use… and they fixed that right away as well. So thank you David and Ira for getting my pool deck back into shape, I appreciate your dedication to making your service the best.

I am updating my Review based on working with the Company Owner.
David Cohen, the President has been personally working with me over the past few months to remedy the situation.
I give him credit for stepping up and looking into this.
As finally my Pool is resurfaced and that darn Bougainvillea tree is gone.
All I talked to about this Company gave them glowing reviews and I had to accept mine was an isolated incident. But for the past 2 months my pool has been well maintained.
As I have always said, it is not How a Man starts something, but how he finishes it.
I give David high marks for keeping his company’s reputation on high marks.
I can now honestly recommend All Florida Pool and Spa for your cleaning service.

This is a terrible company. They did a lousy job of maintaining the pool. When my husband went and had the water tested the chemicals were way out of balance. They don’t seem to add any chemicals except clorine. Then the person who was supposed to maintain the pool didn’t come for three weeks. They sent someone else for one week and then I cancelled the service. They are forcing me to pay for a whole months service when I received one week of service. I’m not going to ruin my credit over these horrible business people but I would like to warn other people never to use this company. They do a poor job and they are dishonest.

This is the worst pool company ever!!! I have security cameras in the back yard. They never serviced my pool for a month and the pool guy left calling cards. Problem was, he was never at the pool in the back. I got duplicate bills and bogus charges and harassing letters and I always paid in advance. I am a lawyer with a medical degree. My pool made the Ganges river look splendid. I fired them after three months!

I would recommend that people avoid using All Florida Pools at all costs. They have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Kathy, the area supervisor has zero communication skills. The only thing she seems to be good at it charging people money for sub-​par work. The technicians that «cleaned» my pool were just as bad. The last one had the gall to tell me that he only spent a couple of minutes at my pool because he had so many other dirtier pools to service, and that the skimmer and filter should take care of the stuff floating on the surface of the pool. He even added that having hundreds of dead bugs floating around was normal and that all the pools he serviced had them (likely because he spends all his time on the phone rather than cleaning the pools like he does at our house). Not once have I seen this guy scrub the sides of the pool, which we are being charged for, and his lackadaisical response is just proof of the laziness of this company.
A typical service appointment proceeded as follows: Turn on skimmer and pool vacuum, test pool pH, add chemicals if necessary, spend 15minutes on the phone lounging in my backyard, leave. He never even realized when we purchased a new skimmer basket (it was missing when we moved in, and he promised to bring a replacement, which he never did), and he has never bothered to empty it since.
Minutes after a service appointment, the pool required a whole lot of effort on our part before it became usable each week. We would spend half an hour or more skimming the surface of the pool with a white net and fishing out anything the pool vacuum missed. What exactly were we paying for? What type of pool cleaning service skips the part where they clean the pool? Does having a pool vacuum and skimmer mean that the technician gets to slack off? David (owner) and Scott (manager) talked a good game but when it came down to it my dirty pool spoke for itself. If they had been honest and told us the monthly fee we pay only covers chemically balancing the pool and nothing else, that would be one thing; instead, they assured me that filter replacement, thorough cleaning (incl. skimming and wall scrubbing), and chemical balancing are all covered by the fee, and that on every visit the technician is supposed to do some level of cleaning. They can make all the promises and excuses they want on the phone, but it’s obvious they aren’t even communicating with their staff, as they are barely aware of the crappy job their so-​called «technicians» are doing.

I’ve been having my pool serviced with this company for 15 years and I’ve never had one tidbit of a problem… their always on time and very conscious… the men who do the labor are always professional and courteous… these other reviews are ridiculous and most likely competitors… I believe all Florida has been around over 40 years… that fact stands on it’s own merit

I’m surprised by the negative reviews for All Florida Pools because my experience was very positive.
I bought a short-​sale house that had a pool that was keep green for something like 5 years. Everything needed to be fixed and updated.
I needed all new Diamond Brite, new coping, new tiles, and all new equipment including a heater, pump, and saltwater chlorinator. While I was at it, I wanted all new pavers installed on my patio.
I got quotes from three contractors. All Florida Pools came right in the middle of the three quotes, but I choose them because the lowest-​price contractor seemed dodgy.
David, the owner, handled me from the first quote to the final acceptance. The work started a few weeks later than originally quoted because of a delay in the pavers, but that wasn’t a big deal. They finished after a couple of weeks and completed the work right on budget.
The final worked looked fantastic and we’ve been enjoying our pool ever since.
I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

The pool cleaning was average. The lady who «responds» to billing issues is a complete jerk. I would never use this company again.

One star for being good at advertising… DO NOT let these crooks, clean, drain, resurface, or have access to your pool. This company is good at making excuses, over promising, and insulting the intelligence of the average consumer. Buyer BEWARE!!!

I have mixed feelings about this company. Some of the people that I have spoken with at the company have been great, but there is one person in particular I have had serious communication problems with. I think most of my problems seem to stem from this one person, whom I usually can’t even get to return my phone calls.
Additionally like the other reviewer, I have had so many different pool guys I can’t count them. I would definitely prefer one regular person.
