Aimee Perez Sculptor is an art space with a studio where the artist creates sculptures. The space is located in the Bird Road Art District. Opens By appointment only and during the art walk the 3^rd Saturday of every month.

History

Established in 2014.

After working out of her house for five years Aimee decided to move her studio to a warehouse space in the Bird Road Art District. In January of 2014 the warehouse was turned into a studio space with a gallery in the front.

Business Owner

I am a local Miami artist/​sculptor and owner of an art space in the Bird Road Art District. My mediums include different types of clay, oxides slips, engobes, glazes and underglazes. While some pieces are fired multiple times according to the results that I want, others are layered with encaustic wax, paste, and then torched to create an additional layer.
