I’ve hired the roofing division to do some repairs on a tiled roof. They were supposed to fix a leak and replace any cracked tiles.
The supervisor came to give me a quote, assessed everything quickly and professionally and gave me an ok price. On the day of the repair, he brought 3 other people (none of which he knew a name of and none of which spoke a word of English). They were done in than half a day.
After my inspection I pointed out about a dozen of badly cut tiles and a slight mess they’ve left on the roof. He promptly scheduled a follow up, brought one guy and spent another half a day fixing everything to my full satisfaction.
Overall, I would have loved to get it done correctly the first time, but ultimately the job was well done without many headaches.
