Hands down the best customer service and tech in Miami. I have a Saab and they fixed my check engine light. Nicest staff. Lovely chairs to hang out in and watch TV. Felt they were very honest and reasonable with their prices. Will recommend them to anyone.

I found Advanced Auto Diagnostics last year when my «check engine» light started flashing. These guys could have taken me for a ride, but they did the opposite; and I’m now a loyal customer.

I had a lot of detail work on my car here. The place would benefit from an actual customer lounge as opposed to an awkward office with just a couple chairs. I had to haggle with Danny over the price of the job but I must admit they have very reasonable prices. Unfortunately I left my car with a verbal agreement and when I came back to pick up Danny conveniently said he remembered agreeing on a price $ 100 more. Also, they constantly kept pushing back the pick up dates with it ultimately taking 1.5 weeks longer than initially promised. They seriously need to work on their communication and courtesy skills as they wouldn’t inform me of the progress or ETA and I kept having to call them. I ended up paying a significant amount of money on cabs to work as I was unsure if they would be done each day. They did offer to give me a free shuttle ride in what seemed like a nice Mercedes van though. The first time I picked up the car I could tell they rushed the job and I had them finesse things and add some more work. The next time I came to pick up they had done a poor job of painting one section. I do appreciate them letting me bring it back and ultimately fixing it in a quick manor. The final product was good especially for the price. I would recommend their body work as long as you know going in it will take awhile. Danny stressed their lifetime guarantee and you may need it as in my case.

I was looking for a shop that could do an oil change on my 2005 Porsche Cayenne and reset the Service Now light on the dash.
The dealer and some of the other independent shops were really expensive.
I found this shop on a Google search for Porsche repair Miami. Their price for an oil change was about ½ of the dealer’s price. It was not as cheap as the Jiffy Lube synthetic oil change, but Jiffy Lube could not reset the Service Now light.
The shop also did an inspection of the car and found some issues. The nice thing was they worked up an estimate for the repairs, but never pressured me to do the work. I will probably bring it back, as I was really satisfied with their service.
Everyone there was very friendly, and they even gave me a ride to downtown when I dropped the car off.

Very decent job with lowest price I can find in Miami. Most friendly people, Fernando and his crew. They made my Nissan Altima 2005 looks brand new. They have done a lot of extra work which hasn’t been included in the estimate like fixed some dents and polished the other headlight. Highly recommended. Pretty sure will come back!
