Bought a new house and couldn’t be happier with the excellent service and quick response from Angel. He came right over to the house on the day we got our keys to make sure we felt secure with our new purchase. They even came out and did the install of my amazing new security system on the day we moved in! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for home security system.

I was helping a friend and her husband with their move to Miami. Upon contacting corporate directly, she was given an exorbitant rate for her new alarm service and equipment. She was also given the closest appointment, for nearly a week later than when she needed the services to be installed. I went on Unilocal!and found Angel from Home Security Concepts, and he gave me an appt for the very next day. He came out, inspected the existing equipment in her new home, and gave us the low-​down on what we could expect. They did not have to pay a penny out of pocket (which is a big save from the $ 310 they would’ve had to pay ADT corporate). He was prompt, courteous, and patient with the 5 million questions that she and her husband had. The technician came out the very next day and got to work. My friend was SO happy that I put my Unilocal!‘ing to good use, but she was even more happy with the service that Angel and his team provided. I will be contacting him if ever I am in need of similar services.

There are way too many people simply going after your money out there, and there are many choices for home alarm systems in Miami, but I strongly recommend you go with this choice. Angel is incredibly professional, and makes the entire process as easy as can be imagined. Not only will he shoot straight and tell you what you need, but he will recommend the very best option for your home and not simply try to unload some expensive, unnecessary bells and whistles.

We just bought our first house and this whole world of home owning is completely new to us. Thankfully, Angel made everything so easy to understand and showed us so many different options until we found one that we felt comfortable with and worked for us. He took his time with us and made the whole process less daunting. Those who own homes know how complicated and confusing things get– well, not with Angel– this was the easiest decision we’ve had to make in regards to our home :) definitely HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I had an awful experience with my previous alarm company, so I decided to call these guys based on the reviews I read. I made an appointment and one of their sales men appeared at my door. I immediately thought «oh boy, here comes the sales pitches» but to my surprise, he was very knowledgeable and genuinely seemed interested in properly securing my home. To make a long story short, I did not think twice and switched my alarm provider from Comcast to ADT. This has been a very pleasant experience for once. I’m very happy with the Great service and would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Angel was the best. He set up my entire house and was professional throughout the entire visit. If you need an alarm installed this is your guy. He worked around my busy schedule and guided me through the entire process.

These guys are the best. Take it from me, I have been in the electrical business for over 16 years. I am picky. I am anal. I am OCD. These guys met all the expectations I have for a smooth installation and clean delivery.
It is easy for people to think that an alarm system is easy to install– or the stigma of simplicity because something is wireless makes it easier, it isn’t. These guys maximized my components to include protection at every door, window and open space. In fact, all of my doors and windows are an oil rubbed bronze color. They made sure that the door contacts matched the frame color so they wouldn’t stick out like a sore thumb. That is a big 5 STAR in my book. Everything looks natural.
One might ask «Hey Rebecca, if you have been in the business for 16 years, why didn’t you do it yourself?» Good question – because I could have… BUT, knowing these guys are as OCD and as picky as I am, and there were two of them, getting the job done faster than a weekend warrior, I was happy to let them do it. Plus, the attic is hot as hell this time of year – well anytime of year for Miami.
They freed up a day for me, the worry about not having my alarm in my house (keeping my family safe), and that is invaluable to my family.
These guys are like extended family. Call them. They will make you life easier, and safer.
