I should have left when I walked up and watched an apathetic shop «manager» dispassionately listen to a woman voice her concern about his failure to deliver her vehicle on the date promised.
Victor, the «manager» is the fulfillment of every stereotype you fear when dealing with mechanics. «Shade tree» at best.
Apathetic. Difficult to reach. Dishonest. To reiterate — Dishonest.
I went to AAMCO because it was a nationally recognized name. This shop has completely erased the possibility of me considering them anywhere.
The best decision I made in terms of dealing with them was to tow my truck to another shop.
Good riddance.

This place is horrible. They gave me my car back with an oil leak. The alignment was off. The car now sounds like a horrible race car, they have the nerve to tell me that my muffler is rusted. The transmission was the reason why I trusted them with my car and they couldn’t even get that right, the transmission was not even working right. On top of all these problems they have really bad customer service. So now I have to pay more money to get it fixed correctly by another mechanic. This company is not reliable and un-​trust worthy. Uh and when I brought it back to them to look at the mistakes so they can fix them they told me that they were too busy and couldn’t do anything for me!

Tried to do business with this location spoke with Victor on the phone he placed me on hold for a bout five minutes then once he got me back on the phone he placed me on hold again then he hung up and I had to call back trying to get a price on a transmission then he got really rude said that it could be 1000 different things and that I will be calling six other places and getting six different prices I explained to him that I own a business down the street and I am interested in doing business with his location he still was very rude so I decided to hang up and not even attempt to do business with that location He also mentioned that he was super busy so I guess I’m taking my business somewhere else!!!

I had pep boys tell me I had a leak in the main seal of my transmission which I thought was weird since my oil was not low at all but I took it here since pep boys doesn’t work on transmissions. Finally an honest person he found nothing wrong with my car and could have easily scammed me and took my money. I will be going here from now on.

I am very pleased with the work Lazaro and his team did for me. The work was competently diagnosed and completed, and Lazaro was flexible to work with me while I was out of town to minimize the time I spent without a car. Thanks to the work of these guys, I can rely on my 190,000 mi Jeep a while longer!

I Usually Don’t Do The Review thing But The The Manager Laz Went Out of his way To Get Me Back On The Road. See My Truck Broke Down In The Keys on thursday I Called Aamco I explain To Laz That I needed The The Truck By Friday Well To Make the story short I had My truck Ready On Friday With a complete Rebuilt Transmssion Cons Is Not Cheap But Is Deffinetely Worth it
