I’ve only ever had cleanings here so I can’t speak to more advanced procedures, but I have no complaints. The staff is friendly and does a great job of working with my insurance, and the hygienists are both thorough and quick.

I went for dental cleaning using GROUPON and enjoyed Dr. Faine and Maria. She did an excellent job during my dental cleaning but the receptionist left a very sour memory with her attitude.
Not sure why none of my calls were returned by Leydi and also left a message with David that acted like he was really going to help me but then before hanging up the phone I asked him, do you know my name? It was kind of funny because, how can he rely a message when he did not even knew who was it from… That group is something else and it was not until I sent a firm email to Leydi that I was able to address the problem with my dental records.
Just customer beware, if you do not get what you want on the spot at the office then expect to be neglected and looks like I am not the only one that gets treated that way by reading other reviews from several customers as well. After all, I did not even get an apology for the lack of service that was given to me during the whole week.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Faine and everyone at the office. Yvette is wonderful!

Beware: This office treats Groupon customers differently than regular customers. And by that I mean worse. Once you make an appointment, they will not reschedule it if you have a Groupon.
The girl on the phone apologized but said it was the office policy. I told her that the policy lacked any logic whatsoever since I had called to change my appointment well in advance of the appointment day.
If they idea of offering a Gropon is to bring in new customers, then they have no idea…

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! This is the most unprofessional and un hygenic office i have ever been too. I was never seen by a doctor but, the receptionist told me i would need a deeper cleaning. She was not a doctor so how can she make that call. Nobody read me my xrays. THE DOCTOR NEVER GOT THERE AND I WAS THERE WELL OVER AN HOUR. I also broke out in a rash because of the xray apron. It smelled like mold. If i could give it less than a star i would. Save yourselves a headache and find someone else

First things First: Robert Faine is not an Endontist, Cosmetic Specialist, nor any other kind of Specialist. (Despite what you may be lead to believe.)
He has been Lisc since the early 70’s, and that is where his skill set ends: As an Early 1970’s trained Dentist…& experience demonstrated, not top of his class even then.
I unfortunately believed in the representation of implied qualification as a Cosmetic Specialist. I specifically stated, I was purposefully seeking a Specialist at my first Appt. Lets leave it at «My misinformation was not only NOT corrected, but flourishingly expounded upon, regarding his Specialty of Cosmetic Dentistry»
All advertising stated this, and that was reinforced in office by him.
I was new to Florida. A patient seeking replacement for the bonding on 1 chipped tooth, chipped as a child. What I left with, was the emergent need for full mouth reconstruction.
(I fared far better, than quite a few patients: I Left His Care, following the failure of the work he did. Those who contacted me have horror stories beyond my own.)
He performed cosmetic veneers & caps on my visible smile profile.
These *All* failed. Not just failed, but were so substandard, my natural tooth was exposed w/​open margins, and the natural tooth underneath decayed.
When the first one came off~ I was SHOCKED to see a tiny black, very painful Nub, where my formerly healthy white tooth was. That nub was what was left of my tooth. Subsequently, all his work failed, to reveal similar decayed BLACK NUBS of my formerly healthy natural tooth. My mouth became infected, inflamed, and horribly painful. It remained so for the duration of my treatment w/​Dentist Robert Faine. (I cannot personally call him a «Doctor”~ it grossly discredits those who genuinely are.) He had excuse after excuse for failure~ one of which happened multiple times in the same appt. Made it all the way to the parking garage before it fell out for the 3^rd time, that Appt. Being a patient of R. Faine, is in the top 5 of my most horrible life experiences… and that is taking into account my mother dying, and waking up during an abdominal surgery.
I am one of the LUCKY ONES. I did not stay with him & take his offer for replacement. The saddest fact in all this, I am not an isolated case~not an unfortunate 1x «Ooops». I was contacted by multiple patients after the fact, and their stories of damage & loss, are the things of nightmares.
I would not advise Dental Care by this man for ANY one, for any reason, not even if you were being PAID To Be A Patient. How he is still practicing, is a shocking unfathomable unknown. I would encourage anyone who has been harmed by this man to report it to the State Of Florida Medical Quality Assurance Board &/​or to SOF Medical Lisc. This review isn’t one of «Airing Sour Grapes”~ I earnestly believe this man to be a serious hazard to public health & safety, who has fallen through the cracks. I cannot stress enough, that this individual not be given access to your mouth.
Something NEVER experienced before nor since~I was contacted by 3 separate individuals, unsolicited, given my contact details by past employees of Robert Faine, asking for guidance regarding filing Dental Malpractice against this provider.
A Hazard To Public Health… is a charitable Understatement.

I purchased a Groupon for $ 29 for an exam, x-​rays and cleaning. Upon meeting the doctor he was very condescending with every comment he made. I have not been to the dentist for a cleaning in about a year so naturally I would have some staining, he compared my teeth to that of a cigar smoker. I am a 22 year old vegetarian female and I do not smoke or use drugs yet he treated me as a person of this quality. He then asked very rudely «why haven’t you straightened your teeth». He bluntly put it that way instead of asking if I have ever considered braces. Honestly I have never been talked down to like this by a dentist. I decided to continue with the services despite my self esteem being the size of an ant. The girl that took my bitewing xrays took over 20 min leaving my mouth bleeding because supposedly my mouth was «too small». Are you kidding? Never heard of that excuse as I am sure children have xrays. I am happy with the cleaning but then I was asked to shell out $ 162 for the services even though I had the groupon that was supposed to cover everything. All in all this dentist is not compassionate or respectful and his staff are inexperienced. Spend your money somewhere else where they will make you feel good about yourself.

I have mixed feelings about this practice… While the people here are kind of nice the office not so much!
Lets start with when I walked-​in for a cleaning they put me in one rooms and I think the office manager was arguing with an old lady who was a patient. I think, even if the employee was
Right she should be more professional and not answer back specially if is an old lady! And everybody is listening
Antoinetta was my dental hygienist she is awesome very nice and works excellent
I wanned to do ZOOM whitening which they had an special two for one for $ 325 which I thought was awesome! but when they started the treatment they put a different brand for the laser light they didnt use the zoom one which I thought It was weird but watever the whitening «specialist» her name is yasel who I think is really nice but kind of sloppy and forgetful I mean she forgot I was in the room for more than an hour and I had to turn the light off myself for the bleaching because she forgot I was there and It was burning my gums!
Anywho, the treatment comes with bleaching traits which they didn’t give me! The day I got it done. Until I went back and told them because I did my research online. (oh yeah they forgot!) whatever! You don’t forget to do your job right.
So the day that I went back to get my impressions for the bleaching traits I got a decay removed and I didn’t like how dr faine works at all! Old machines he did it in like 5mins and I just didn’t feel comfortable at all
The office appearance is bad! The rooms are so messy, machines, cables all over the floor. Everything all over the place. the carpet when u walk in is disgusting everything is a mess in this office even the staff. seriously I would NOt go back there! Oh yeah I have to go back to get my bleaching traits which is been more than a week and still haven’t got them… Shame on them

A family member recommended Dr. Faine to me and I recommend him to those who are in need of cosmetic work.
I had porcelain veneers placed on my front teeth due to a sporting accident. I am amazed at how natural looking they are, as most doctors make the teeth exaggeratedly large and bulky.
Since I’ve had them done, I’ve been complimented over and over about how pretty my smile is.
