Best lentil soup in Miami Lakes. Thrilled that they added a food and coffee menu with modern décor. Ok, back to the lentil soup, seriously, the best in Miami Lakes and that’s saying something.

My wife is the one who usually buys the meat.
This time I was sent to buy the meat. Unfortunately, I did not check the bottom of the meat which had almost half a pound of fat.
Anyhow, I spent half an hour removing the fat from the meat and I paid extra for it because the meat after the fat removal weighted less than what I had originally paid for it.

A definite hidden gem! Frank the owner is awesome and his team is great. They have prices that can’t be beat!

Love to come to this place to get my meat. The butcher always recommends me the meat I’m looking for and helps you make a better selection.
There prices are good and reasonable. I will continue to come.

I had an awesome sandwich for lunch just now and the quality is very fresh. Meats cut on the spot. Very wide selection of meats and fish to bring home with you as well. I’ll be back for lunch and also on the way home to pick up some dinner!

I’ve been a steak lover all my life! Like any steak lover you’re always in search of that coveted best steaks you can find. 4 years ago, a great friend and co-​worker introduced me to La Bodeguita Meat Market. Well I’m happy to say my search ended 4 years ago, I’ve become a loyal customer ever since and refuse to purchase steaks or specialty meats anywhere else. La Bodeguita is soo much more, imagine having your own personal butcher, and were you are treated like one of the family not just a customer. Friendly faces, great prices plus wide selections of specialty meats and if there is a meat or cut you can’t find, they’ll find it for you. Just recently made a purchase of Kobe A5 NY strips from Japan an enjoyed every bite (wow!). If you’ve not been to the La Bodeguita you have no idea what your missing! Due yourself a favor and check them out you will not be disappointed.

This place is clean, smells nice, and has a great variety of meats! From kangaroo to camel, they have it all. I highly recommend visiting this market for your meat needs.

I came here to eat and pick up a few things and it was fantastic. Very clean and well kept, everything is easy to find too. Normally I don’t write reviews for grocery stores but I felt the need to make a statement about this place.
The sandwiches were awesome. The employees there were great too! Very helpful and friendly. I met Frank, I think he is the owner. Great guy! Will be back again. You need to check this place out.

When u are looking Premium cuts and all type of meat this is the place! The best: prices are fair because u are paying the quality, also you can find all for seasoning, bbq, fishes, seafood, exotic meats. I really love it.

This place has the best T-​bones, porterhouses and rib-​eyes I have ever bought in South Florida! I especially love the T-​bones. The prices are lower than BJ’s or Costco and the quality is spectacular!

I love going to this place! Great prices on their grass-​fed selection and excellent service. They make it easy to get the healthy protein I need for consistent muscle growth. Time to eat!

I actually created a Unilocal account out of sheer anger. I walk I to this corner grocery store. They have ghetto music blasting at the point where I can’t hear my wife. I don’t mind the music, but it was difficult to hear. The owner approaches me asking if I need assistance. He had to repeat himself since I could not hear him. I tell him that I want to grill up a couple of ribeyes. He goes behind the counter sets me up with two steaks. I come home proceed to heat up the grill go back inside and unwrap my steaks and they are FROZEN!!! WTF!!! I HAD TO ORDER PIZZA!!! this dump smelled bad and was full of frozen products. It did not appear to be a meat market.

I like this meat market. I always stop in right after I’ve had my Elevation Burger fix a few doors down. It’s a very Cuban place, and I don’t know if the two butchers speak English, (I’m bilingual) so I think you deserve to know that before you walk in, just saying! But if you like a large selection of meats and poultry, you will not be disappointed. I usually buy some grass-​fed beef when I’m here, and I ask the butchers to pass it through the grinder at a 80 to 20 lean to fat ratio, my favorite way. They have all sorts of meats, ostrich, elk, bison, antelope, gator, wild boar, etc. I’m almost certain if you asked for something exotic they could probably get it for you. I’ve been there many times, so I’m okay with the service. Don’t expect them to get off their tables when a domino game is going on, unless you ask for help you will not get it, but if you do ask, they are very friendly and more than willing to oblige. I’m giving them a moderate price range, although some things you should expect to pay extra, simply because they are things that are otherwise hard to find anywhere else. I don’t think their grass-​fed beef is local, but I’ve been buying it for about a year now and I like the taste. When it comes to grass-​fed beef, terroir has a lot to do with the taste. Great place!

The meat here is better quality than Costco or bjs. It is prime beef and you can taste the difference. Best part is the butcher will cut it up for you. Saves me a lot of time.

Best place for high quality meat and imported deli products

I love this place because they sell grass-​fed and organic chicken! You almost always have to buy in bulk, but the prices on all of their grass-​fed beef are pretty reasonable. The butcher has always been more than happy to cut my meat to my particular specifications. The owners are always friendly and will offer cooking tips and suggestions for preparation. I really like the «Mom and Pop» feel of this little meat market! You should definitely stop by!

This is where I get all my grass fed beef. I love their prices and the service is great. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. I recommend this place to all my friends for their grass fed beef and their exotic meats.

while having lunch at Elevation Burger (a most have by the way!) we found ourselves with time to spare and decided to go check out this place.
We usually purchase our meats and other party goodies at Martinez, but it is a nice ride from home. this place is a bit closer. Even thou they do offer big pieces of meat (such as flap, flank, ribs, etc. etc) we did find that the prices here are a bit higher.
they offer an array of meats, cheeses and other stuff. in their «deli» (butcher)
area they will serve you up fresh cuts of meats such as short ribs (which my friend found them to be very nice and at a good price), ox tail (which also had a good price $ 3.99 lb) as well has ham and other deli items.
word to the wise thou, we went on friday — i purchased 2 lbs of ox tail at $ 3.99 lb. when i arrived home, found it to be a small amount and i wished i had bought more… so on sat went back… oh well guess sale was over, for the ox tail was now $ 5.99 lb!.. moral of the story — see a good price — get more than less…
