Splurge Juice Bar and Cafe

Went in a few weekends ago and absolutely fell in love! I tried the chipotle burger and WOW! They use Atlas Meats which are amazing and the owner was a total sweetheart! I will definitely be back to try the rest of menu! Thank you for opening up on this side of town!

This place is legit vegan! Don’t be scared away my carnivores. I promise that you will also find something to love. The summer quinoa salad is probably one of the best meals I have ever had. Fresh, light and it had my tastebuds singing. If you think vegan food is all mush and nod flavor… do yourselves a favor and check out Splurge. The Emmy smoothie is what a smoothie should be!!! As soon as I walked in, I fell in love with the place. It’s a small vegan place which is hard to find in the Miami lakes/​Miami Gardens area. I was greeted by all of the workers and was given a sample of a smoothie to try as I waited for my friend to get there. Once I tried that sample, I knew I was going to have a very pleasant experience at Splurge. I was floored by the quality of the ingredients and the at home feeling you get from the owner.
Let me start off by saying I’m a bit of a snob when it comes to juices and smoothies, now with that being said, do yourself a favor and grab a cup of their Zen juice! It was so refreshing and the mint really kicks it up a notch in flavor. Looking at the ingredients, I never would’ve though of ordering it but I am so glad that I did. Towards the end I was slurping and craving for more.
Alongside my zen juice, I ordered the Latina wrap which was divine! I love a bit of kick to my food, so I added a squeeze of hot sauce to my lentils. Perfection to say the least! I wouldn’t change a thing. The lentil soup was so good it left me wanting for more.
I think next time I’ll ask the owner, (which is the most adorable human you’ll ever meet might I add!) to add a bit of their chipotle mayo to the wrap.
I still can’t get over how delicious my food was today. It hit the spot and was guilt-​free. I’m so glad I decided to try this place out. Do yourself a favor and come try it yourself!

Love this cute little place! The Latina wrap was delicious! Nicely packed with brown rice, beans, avocado and plantains for a little hint of sweetness! The lentil soup it came with was nice and thick! Lots of lentils along with bits of carrots and green onions. The zen juice was so refreshing and the guava cupcake from bunny cakes rocked my world! Had the pleasure of meeting the owner and her mom today and they are so sweet!!! will definitely be coming back!

Anticipated writing a review this much! The food here is amazing! I started off by ordering the Zen juice which consist of orange, pineapple, mint, and spinach. It was so fresh and yummy. You also have the option of adding ginger for an extra kick. Your tummy will thank you later if you do.
I ordered the Latina wrap. It was a non organic whole wheat wrap with brown rice, black beans, avocado, vegan mayo, romaine lettuce, and plantains. It came out quickly and looked amazing. My first bite was ok… then the second bite came with the platanito. It makes the dish! Next time I’ll order it with extra platanitos for this Cubanita please lol. I ate the whole damn thing. I was so full but I couldn’t stop eating it. This is a must try if you come to this cute place.
Along with your order you get about a cup of lentil soup topped with fresh green onions. Now, growing up in a Cuban household we would have lentil soup constantly so I was going to be a little judgmental on this one. All I have to say, is I applaud whoever made this delicious lentil soup. It was so perfectly done, not to salty, heavy on the lentils so it wasn’t too soupy, and the veggies added were fresh and crisp. Wicked good!
For dessert I had a delicious guava cupcake from bunny cakes. If you have read my previous reviews you know I love guava anything. In this location, the mini cupcakes from bunny cakes are $ 2. A little pricey but well worth it to finish your meal with something sweet.
This is my go to spot for a quick post workout meal. I can’t wait to try the smoothies.

Awesome little quaint Vegan café in the heart of Country Club-​Hialeah-​Miami Gardens-​Miami Lakes (Still trying to get myself acquainted in this area)! Brought my sister (Kimberly K on Unilocal) here for a healthy lunch date.
It’s honest a great location: Close to Ludlam off the 826, and close to Miami Gardens off of I-​75! So even if you aren’t close to the area it’s super easy to get to coming off the highways.
It seems relatively new still and the menu seems to be growing and getting better and better. There is an assortment of Juices, Smoothies and awesome choices of Acai Bowls and healthy entrees that won’t have you crying that you over ate on bad carbs that will leave you lethargic and sloth-​like.
At first the entrée seems like a steep price. $~8 for a Spinach Quesadilla? But when you keep in mind the type of organic, better quality food you are ingesting, your body will already begin to thank you in a big way! Plus side: there is so much food! AND a cup of lentil soup on the side? It’s really a steal.
Totally recommend this place! Owners really have something special here.
Pro Tip: They sell BunnieCake cupcakes and brownies here! Not sure if they were the GF ones, since I forgot to ask but it beats driving to Wynwood!

We drove 17 Miles to try Splurge and definitely worth the drive. The Smoothies are healthy, nutritious and satisfying.
The owner is very friendly, sociable and a Vegan herself.
A must place for all healthy minded and Vegan’s alike!
The Avocado Toast on Pumpernickel was great, Loved the PB&J Shake.

Browsing Unilocal for places to eat around my home, this place caught my attention.
Upon arrival was meet with a friendly greeting from both young ladies that work there.
I order a «latina wrap», delicious, crunchy, great flavor, perfect.
For drink i got a Zen juice, refreshing, just great.
I recommend this place to everyone.

Just picked up 6 juices here for my juice fast.
Service was fantastic and super friendly.
Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back and eat here.

Loved this place, a few minutes away from my gym. Definitely recommend as a place to go after, you don’t feel guilty putting bad things in your body, you put nothing but great things in and it taste amazing as well. Staff is extremely helpful and kind, places like these deserve the 5 stars!

This place is a must! There juices are phenomenal! If you want natural and healthy this is the place to go. There food is great! And now they have breakfast can’t wait to try it.

My only complaint is the lack of a menu. Nothing printed and nothing on the wall. I ordered a juice concoction I made up on the fly and it was juiced to order and delicious. The price was very reasonable. It would have been nice to have a menu to look at since they have moe things available than just juice. While I was there someone ordered a veggie burger and it smelled divine! I’m always looking for a vegan burger that tastes good, so I will definitely head back to try it!

The cutest little juice bar and café! I’ve been dying to have a place like this near me. It’s perfect. The juices are amazing and the food is so good! Very homey and welcoming. Definitely recommend it!

Finally a place to find vegetarian and vegan food in this area. The café is owned by a mother and daughter who were extremely genuine, polite and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I had the Acai Bowl and an Iced Latte (both delicious). It is very easy to tell fresh, quality ingredients from not, and these most definitely were. Am looking forward to the full menu being available. This spot is a gem :)

Just walked in yesterday and I have to admit I am not a veggie lover but I wanted to try something new and the pictures on IG looked mouth watering. I ordered the Latina Wrap and the Melt for my mother and I and we loved it, it was all YUMMY. Oh and the lentil soup the wrap came with was delish as well… I highly recommend it and will be back to try one of the fruit bowls!

Absolutely delicious and fresh! Heaven on Earth The owners are extremely hospitable and the service was great! Had the Mock Tuno melt, zen juice and acai bowl. All were GREAT! Definitely will be back really soon

I had a very good experience! I am glad Splurge opened in this area because usually I have to drive far to get a smoothie and a wrap. As soon as we entered we felt welcomed, and attended by really nice people! The architecture and decoration of the place are really nice, it already makes you feel healthy. The food was really good, I am definitely coming back to try more in the menu. If you are vegetarian, vegan or you just love to eat healthy like I do, you will for certain love this place as much as me and my husband did.
For the first month, I give you guys at Splurge the five stars that you deserve… Keep it up! :)

So I’m into healthy eating and the only option around here cloae to it is chipotle. Well I found my first optiin now and boy did they get it right. The combinations are incredible eapecially the mock tuno melt which has smoked chickpea salad and the latina wrap which has a combo of brown rice, black beans, avocado, lettuce and tomato and a side of lentil. I WILL BE BACK !!!
