Annivens Desamours is responsible for managing Lead Smart’s financial and administrative support operations. In this executive leadership role, he focuses on financial planning and reporting, capital attainment, banking, contracts, compliance and corporate governance.

Prior to co-​founding Lead Smart Staffing Solutions, Mr. Desamours has decades long of entrepreneurial background in management, business services consultant, sales and marketing. Annivens Desamours has held several leadership positions and achieved recognized success in the areas of general management, taxation, immigration, sales and real estate. As a business services consultant, Mr. Desamours completed several workshops and courses in Commercial Business Development, Residential Sales, and Marketing and management, Negotiations and General Management.
