I want to give the place 3.5 stars but I can’t. Anyways CVS has great stuff, but it’s overpriced. A spiral notebook for $ 3-$ 5. I can get this at family dollar for $ 1, $ 2 at the most. I’d advise someone to get one of their extra cards so that they get a lot of discounts when shopping here. I like their makeup collection, and the employees seem pretty nice. Overall the place could be better. Oh and they have a box of chocolate chip cookies for a $ 1.

CVS will just hire anyone now a days. Do they even train their employees on proper customer service etiquette anymore? I occasionally frequent this location whenever I’m in Miami and I need to pick up something quick. Service is usually quite pleasant and i have no complaints, but baby, tonight, was completely different. When I walked in there were at least 2 – 3 employees standing near the entrance laughing and discussing something and neither one of them greeted as I entered or exited. I’m sure at least one of them was a manager or supervisor of some sort because of his uniform… but I kind of dismissed it and chalked it up to either my invisibility cloak being on or simply being in Miami, where everyone is rude and southern hospitality is only in books and movies. But then I checked out I noticed my cashier had a body full of tattoo’s… I mean they were even on her fingers. Her fake eyebrows were so thick, big, and black, it was wonder she could keep her eyes open without a strain. She made eye contact once as I approached the counter and she was fully engaged in her conversation with the cashier next to her. Now look, I have no problem with collegiality, that’s not the issue — it’s healthy for the work place — but at some point you should greet the customer, ask for a CVS card or something, my gawd! The only words she spoke to me were«25 dollars.» After she uttered the price I needed to pay, she held her head down as she was busy with some activity on her cell phone that was propped on the cash register in front of her. As a person who’s worked in the customer service industry, I get how hectic the holiday season can be, but that’s no excuse for poor service. This was, to say the least, the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had at this or any other CVS. What a mess! Bottom line: if you need to visit CVS, don’t visit this location unless you absolutely have to.

CVS is expensive but I’m usually dropping by for their amazing oatmeal raisin cookies they are only $ 1 and its about ten huge cookies in a package and as a self proclaimed oatmeal cookie enthusiast these are amazing and their cvs brand its a ridiculous score!
