If there was a 0 star rating or even NEGATIVE stars rating I would be clicking that instead of 1 star. Before I even got to taste any of the product I lost my appetite because of the STAFF!
Upon first walking into this establishment not I nor my cousin or brother were acknowledged because both employees were too relaxed and into their cell phones to even notice anyone. It was one tall fat white one who favored Eddie ‘Donkeylips’ Gelfen from off of Salute your shorts and some black chick with blond and dark brown hair (could possibly win 9^th place in a young Beyonce look alike contest). After we started talking is when either of them looks up from their phones. Beyonce goes back to hers after fatboy gets up to FOLLOW US over to the area he is or she is obviously supposed to be standing instead of sprawled out on the couch that’s clearly intended for customers. While my brother (who was the one that really had a taste for the frozen yogurt) was deciphering what he wanted I asked where the bathroom was and was told «Uh We don’t have one.» by fatso. I then turn around and ask, «Not at all?» he replies frankly «Nope» so then with both of my eyebrows raised I ask, «So what happens then when you have to go?» then the little porker smugly replies «Oh we just go home.» At that point I felt like going slam off, but then I focused my eyes on how incredibly unkept the fixings bar was and then how undesirable the LOOSE yogurt was churning like buttermilk inside of the machines and figured his piss-​poor service and Beyonce’s lackadaisical disposition was clearly a DIRECT REFLECTION of this place so we all just left. We’ll never go back there again EVER

This is the only Self Serve Frozen Yogurt joint on Washington Avenue. There are several flavors, limited toppings — but it’s open late and is close to Ocean Drive.

I’ve recently moved to the South beach area this summer and discovered Yo Club yogurt shop. The customer service is amazing! Not only can I enjoy a low calorie desert with all my favorite toppings but I can sit in a clean well kept establishment. It’s hard to find an affordable, clean and customer service driven store or restaurant in South Beach. And it helps that Yo Club is open late because that’s when I find myself wanting the urge to snack. Now I don’t feel guilty any longer.

OOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHH how I love self serve frozen yogurt I have probably been to over 20 different places in South Florida alone. When another one opened in South Beach I ran over I had to check it out. From the pictures it actually looked kind of cool inside. Went in they only had 4 flavors tart, strawberry, cookies and cream, and frozen pink lemonade. UGH that is not a selection altough I came here to try it so what to choose from the boring flavors. One machine was not in I guess it was broken although it was chocolate nothing exciting anyhow. Where are the good flavors red velvet, cheesecake, cookie dough like the other places I have been have. OK so I went for the pink lemonade what topping can you even put on that. I went to the topping by the register OK here it goes «THERE WERE FRUIT FLIES IN MOST OF THE WET TOPPINGS .» Super grossed out I pretended to the owner well I guess none of the toppings go well with pink lemonade paid and left.. 59 Cent an OZ. is crazy !!! The place needs to be checked out by the health department. I wish this place was good to bad I definitely will not be back to check it out. Sorry at. 59 cents and OZ I probably will be paying $ 1.00 just for the weight of the fruit flies in my yogurt ! PASS on this place :(
