History

Established in 2014.

Park Avenue may carry big-time clout in other cities, but in Miami Beach, it is a virtually unknown street. That is, until a few months ago, when a charming boutique hotel, Vintro Hotel + Kitchen, opened with a restaurant that awakens the palate of its South Beach neighborhood.

, indulge in a sophisticated and intimate dinner with a fusion of Greek, Mediterranean Italian and American gastronomies. Start with a selection from the «barely touched» or «flavor» selections which include Octopus Nigiri topped with black olive aioli ($ 3); Tuna Tartare accompanied by an avocado mousse and wakame salad ($ 14); Meatballs with chimichurri and red pepper ($ 9); or Croquettes with goat cheese, prosciutto and vegetables ($ 9).

Healthy starters include the popular Baby Beet Salad served with pistachio cream and goat cheese mousse ($ 18) and Burrata and Heirloom Tomato Salad with basil oil and pine nuts ($ 16).
