Uhma Spa

I highly recommend Uhma. We called in the morning and got 4 appointments for the afternoon: 2 mani/​pedi and 2 massages. All staff were friendly and extremely professional. The oils, creams, acetone and polishes used were all natural and smelled amazing.

I came for a massage and it was exquisite. Best massage ! Very friendly and knowledgable team.

My boyfriend surprised me with a massage and i LOVED it. Im a raw vegan and I never find a spa that is completely GREEN and this place is! The staff is so nice and really care the girl that massaged me did a amazing job. I felt like i was in another world when i was done. The price is worth it.

I really enjoyed my visit to this spa. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff are very knowledgeable! I went for gel remover and a manicure, and Michelle took excellent care of my nails. She was professional, conversational, and really takes pride in nail care. I love the Zoya «Naked» products she used. I would definitely visit again when I’m on vacation in Miami!

Me & my man went to get manicure, pedicure & polish change at the last minute. Customer service was excellent. Atmosphere was warm & pleasant. This is an organic spa.

This spa is just about perfect. David and his staff are lovely and attentive to every detail from the cup of tea upon arrival to the warm handshake upon leaving. My pedicure was relaxing and well done and both my husband and I had excellent massages. I would go back once a week if I lived in Miami Beach.

Beautiful place, very relaxing ambience, very clean environment, very hospitable and accommodating staff. Definetely recommend for a spa day.

My girl surprised me with a couples message yesterday and I thought what a great treat. Well it was much more than a treat! Erica gave me the most relaxing massage iv ever had! I seriously had an out of body experience. These people are professionals and it shows! And my girl bought this cream that cured my back pain this morning. Bravo! Two thumbs up!

Very friendly staff, made me feel welcome. A little pricy for a manicure. Plus there’s 20% gratuity automatically added to your bill. I would have left a tip anyway, just don’t like the amount being decided for me. Also some of the nail repairing polish has already chipped and it’s only been 5 hours.

I found myself In need of a quick spa visit yesterday but couldn’t access any appointments at neighboring hotels or just didn’t want to pay the high prices. I had called uhma pass their closing time and was impressed when they called me back this morning since I didn’t even leave a message. They were happy to squeeze me in today and were flexible when I had to push back my time due to work. Very cute and better than expected. Lovely ambiance, organic products and Erica was fabulous. I walked out with the relief I was hoping for and at a wonderful special rate of 99. Not including gratuity of course. Check them out if you re a local or visitor!

Uhma Spa was a wonderful surprise. Not your luxury hotel larger than life spa, Uhma spa in small, inviting, comfortable with an easy approach to all your health and beauty needs. Well stacked walls with all organic products will tempt you into a spa day like no other. I actually went in for a facial after a long difficult day at work. The young ladies hands were God sent, my poor skin was just begging for some pampering. Not only did she do an amazing job, but had very interesting recommendations, I have a background in the beauty industry and still found her recommendations very helpful. After a neck and shoulder massage I was sold and requested if a full body massage was available. My friend was choked since everyone knows I am very «touchy» and massages are not my favorite. I shared this information with the therapist and «voila» the best relaxation massage I have gotten ever. No painful know aggressive hands torturing my spine, but soft gentle strokes that just melted the day stress away. I felt incredibly at home and it was very difficult to leave. I will be returning to Uhma Spa very soon to try one of the Kneading facial massages, see if we can counter act gravity a bit. Organic, green and natural, Uhma Spa had definitely found a regular client with me!

As a lover of Eminence Skincare and all things natural and organic I can really appreciate everything that they do at Uhma Spa. First off, Eminence is incredibly difficult to find anywhere (even online) as they’re only carried in select spas so it’s a luxury being able to purchase their products here. Also it’s the only stuff they will use for your treatments so you can be certain that your body is absorbing the purest of ingredients.
They do a lot of wonderful promotions and today I got a facial and massage for 50% off :) I left feeling and looking like a million bucks. Judy is really wonderful!

Had a massage with body scrub. Was amazing. Felt like I did not want it to end. This place is highly recommended. They even took me and a friend in with no notice which was great. Defiantly worth going!

I have been to Uhma spa twice. Once in 2013 and once in 2014. Let me tell you my first appointment under old management was amazing. So much so I couldn’t wait to book the second one.
Now here’s the backstory. I was flying into Miami and wanted to do a massage that day with my friend. We were scheduled to arrive at 6 and so 7 hours of time in between I assumed would be enough for any delays. I asked them about this before and they said clearly we have a 24 hour policy of cancelation and if your flight was canceled or delayed. We would not be able to move your appointment. Mind you I wasn’t even asking about a refund. I do get where they were coming from… Or so I thought. So with the cold winter we have had my flight was delayed 6 hours for deicing. I called that day to tell them and they moved my appointment 45 minutes after extreme hassle telling me basically how busy they are and how inconvenient this was.
I got off the plane and rushed to meet my friend who landed from Nyc at the right time. Upon entering it was rush rush. I came 6 minutes after my time and was thrown into a room immediately. I couldn’t even wait for my friend. Now when my friend came he said he could here them in back talking and complaining about the switching of timing and delay. Really? Your going to talk poorly about a customer when their in your spa. Can’t wait till they leave even. Mind you we booked a 3 hour package each.
Now the services. The body scrub was ok. I told them before I’d like to choose my body scrub. But when I came unlike last time there was no choice. Just here it is. The massage was terrible. I asked for deep tissue and got Swedish. I asked for a male and I got a female. Yes it was relaxing but beyond that it was not therapeutic. Now the Mani pedi. The girl was actually very skilled but sadly did not use it. Some nails left longer than others. Rush rush. And during our session mind you there was a customer who walked in 30 minutes before our time was supposed to end and the women doing my nails said oh I’ll be done in a couple minutes when asked do you have any time avaliable. The best part there was no one booked on their schedule. So all that fuss they made was because their greedy desire to make sure they had times for any walk ins which there were none.
Now when ringing me up. They rang me and my friend up wrong. So after I complained to them about how bad their service was they asked why I didn’t stop the service right then and there. I said that is super awkward and how could a customer do that. Me and my friend had different bills even though we had the same service. I had to point this out to them. Now in fairness the girl at the counter was very nice to me but I was all worked up at this point. She calls the manager who is explaining the voiding process. While on the phone she asks and I can hear about how much tip I’m leaving for billing reasons. I obviously left 0 even though my standard is 20 percent. You can’t reward bad behavior like this. I can hear in the background the manager yelling and cussing about me. The girl at the counter replied let’s talk about this later he’s right in front of me. This place is all smoke and mirrors. I feel terrible saying that because my first experience was top notch. It should be noted most businesses after you complain try to appease you whether your right or wrong. Here they explained why they were right.

I purchased a Valentines Day deal from Uhma Spa. It included a Bath soak and couples massage for a GREAT price. The ambiance is very very welcoming. The host was very nice and knowledgeable about the services. I received my massage from Eric (he was phenomenal!!!) and I think my boyfriend was massaged by Erin? I don’t remember her name clearly but he said she was really good too.
On the down side, the deal included rose petals and wine /​champagne. I didn’t get either one of those and I was pretty bummed about it considering it was a Valentine’s Day package. It would have made it extra special. Kind of killed the «wow /​romantic» aspect of it… Just seemed like a regular everyday massage. We did get the strawberries and truffles! Also, I saw some roses out in the front and asked the host to place a few on our massage beds and she gladly accommodated me. If it wasn’t for the missing items I would have given Uhma Spa 5 stars. Staff was welcoming, spa was very clean (very important) and massages were great! We will be returning. Cant wait to see what specials and promotions they email me! On our way out they gave us a bag with goodies, chocolates and soap. Thank you.

I heard of this beautiful spa from a friend of mine, they have apparently changed owership couple months ago. Their staff is very welcoming, the place is really cute, clean and calming.
Beautiful modern and zen design. They recently added 3 mani/​pedi stations, I love the fact they offer this new service. I have had a couple of treaments done their, which were all amazing.
Very happy with their facials, mani/​pedi, but also bamboo massage. I would recomend this place to anyone who wants to forget about their everyday life and get pampered.

This was one of the activities as a part of my 30^th birthday celebration in Miami with a couple of girlfriends. The massage therapist I got (whose name unfortunately escapes me now) was absolutely amazing! I had injured my knee the weekend before doing a biking marathon, and I could barely put any weight on it, putting a damper on my birthday trip. Somehow, the therapist worked her magic and by the time we left the spa, the pain had turned into just mild discomfort. Within the next 24 hours, I was back to normal.
On our way out, the receptionist gave us each parting favors (locally made soap), plus an extra gift bag for me for my birthday. It was such a perfect ending to an already wonderful visit!
