The one star review is clearly not from a resident of the building, and it’s illogical: she admits she only has a marina parking spot, which doesnt include the same access to the resident amenities. So she rates it poorly because the property manager provided a factual answer?
The staff here are simply amazing, and I say that after having lived in multiple condos around the world. You pay premium fees for the excellent service, amenities, and neighborhood to live at Sunset Habour.

Lindsay G sweetheart, wtf? I’m a resident of Sunset Harbour South and the staff and security are pretty excellent which means they ain’t gonna allow mere parking lot owners to sweat on our stair masters.

This is the worst possible place to deal with if you do not live here. I own a parking spot in this condo because of the marina and when I tried to explain to the property manager that because I paid property taxes there I should be allowed to use the gym there she told me since what I paid boiled down to two cents a day that wasn’t enough to grant me access to the gym. This is ridiculous logic on her part.
