Streamline Properties is the oldest independent real estate brokerage company specializing in South Beach properties. Established in 1984 during the resurgence of the Miami Beach Historic Art Deco District, Streamline led the way in the restoration of some of the area’s most treasured Art Deco structures and became instrumental in sparking the renaissance that transformed South Beach into a trend setting worldwide destination hot spot.

Saul Gross, founder and president of Streamline Properties, Inc., is a well-​known civic and business leader in Miami Beach with more than 25 years experience in the real estate industry. Saul gained a reputation for his innovative restoration projects, winning awards for preserving the design aesthetics of some of the area’s most treasured Art Deco buildings and for his contribution to the economic betterment of the Miami Beach community. In 2001 Saul had the honor of being elected to a seat on the City of Miami Beach Commission, where he served for 8 years before retiring in the fall of 2009. A real estate firm is only as good as its reputation and a good reputation can only result from a history of ethical business. Saul Gross’ reputation for integrity together with his long and successful track record has brought Streamline Properties to the forefront of the real estate industry in Miami Beach.
