Ah I’ve always wanted to parasail. Check it off the bucket list!
Sign some waivers. Wait for the rest of the group to arrive and up you go!
We were the last group to go up, they do save the best for last, right? The rest of the people on the boat were friendly and awesome. Enjoy the view and boat ride before/​after you go up. The guys are knowledgable and SUPER friendly.
The sail itself, is amazing and unlike anything else. It is about 10 minutes and you get a small dunk in the water towards the end. You just relax up there and enjoy the view.
One disappointment: The photos. They do take a lot of them but they’re really not great. Most are blurry and really couldn’t find a photo I was completely happy with. Should have just asked someone on the boat to take a few.

very good! The flight itself is smooth and not scary! The staff will help you set up everything and what you need to do is just enjoy! The only thing is that I got sea sick before I took the flight! But everything else was fine!

4.5 stars. Went parasailing for the first time and I’m glad I did it with these guys! We made reservations easily online and they were very proactive about reaching out regarding location changes, etc. Even though we were late, they made sure to wait and were very efficient/​professional throughout the experience.
For those of you who have never parasailed: It is literally the most relaxing thing in the world. You’re literally sitting in a harness high above the water just taking in the views.
The only thing I wanted to mention is that I thought the price ($ 75 per person) was a little steep considering that air time was only around 10 minutes. However, I did think that the boat ride itself was fabulous and totally worthwhile so overall I thought the $$ was definitely worth it!

These guys are the best. They managed to sneak me in on a last second parasail during sunset right before my flight. The view was spectacular and the staff were SO friendly.
They were super up beat. Everybody was smiling and laughing the entire time and they seemed to know everybody at the docks. I felt like part of a big family by the end everything. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody. Service was ¹¹⁄₁₀.
Bring a camera and don’t worry about getting wet. You will most likely stay dry. I think one of they are working on getting drone footage too which will satisfy all your instagramming needs.

Had an amazing time parasailing even though my reservation was delayed and I had to wait an extra 30 min but it was worth it make sure you take a dip at the end

I found out about this company through a google search/​trip advisor, then I went to Unilocal to look them up. After reading several reviews, I decided to give them a try. They are very understanding, I was at least 17 minutes late cause I couldn’t find parking (park next to Lowes hotel in the M&G public beach parking garage, $ 10 for an hour). I got there around 10:28am but I bought my tickets at 4am online and paid $ 65 rather than $ 75. The crew is super nice. Bring money onboard to tip the captain, they have a tip jar. We felt safe during the flight. If you’re scared of heights beware. Sit back and relax it’s a blast. The $ 30 picture package is not bad, we got a few good pictures. Had a good experience.

My partner and I decided to try something a little more adventurous our second time visiting South Beach. Parasailing it was! Miami Beach Parasail was conveniently located near our hotel, just a quick walk up the beach. Check in was easy and at this time we decided to purchase the photo add-​on for $ 30. We shared our boat with my brother, his girlfriend, and one other couple. Our boat guys did an awesome job keeping the ride as smooth as possible. They were laid back for sure, but still professional and courteous. Soaring high above the waters of SOBE was exhilarating and peaceful at the same time. We flew for about 12 minutes and got dipped on the way back in. Our boat guy took TONS of photos and most of the photos were Facebook and Instagram ready. :) The photo add-​on is definitely worth the price since it allows you to be totally present in the experience without the worry of getting «the perfect shot.» Parasailing in Miami was a highlight of our trip! I highly recommend Miami Beach Parasail and will definitely go for another ride on our next visit to SOBE!

I went with my friend for an early bird sale, making it $ 65 per person. The crew was very friendly and overall great! Unfortunately I found out that I have very bad motion sickness, so definitely keep that in mind because you can be on the boat for a while and the parasailing itself is about 15 minutes 300 feet in the air.

I’m giving 4 stars on customer service alone. We never got to parasail because rain rolled in. There was a young man at the beach greeting parasailers. He was so nice and friendly, answered all our questions and kept us posted when the rain began to become a threat. We had a choice to either try and wait it out, reschedule, or full refund. He waited patiently for my group of 8 to make up our minds. We ended up getting the refund which was processed immediately, no hassle. I’ve to wait a few days for bank processing but other than that we’re good.

Been here 3 times, every time an amazing experience. Breathtaking experience, and a feel of divine peace once you’re up in the air. The scariest part is taking off for the first time, but the overall experience is surprisingly calming and peaceful! Have them dip your legs in the water once you’re coming back down — super fun!
Last time we went, we were the last party of the day so they made our ride last a little longer. Thank you guys, always an amazing time!!!
Reasonably priced — you can save $ 10 if you go in the morning between 9:00 — 10:00 AM, I believe.

Great service! Was a little late but they were very accommodating! The ones on the boat were so nice and I loved every moment of my experience. Both my kids first time and they had a great time! Price was great! Would definitely do this again with them! Thanks for making my 2^nd time and my kids first time at parasailing a great experience! 5 star! :)

My husband and I decided to go to Miami for our honeymoon last year and were determined to try para-​sailing while there!
Unfortunately summer months in Miami are the rainy months! But luck had decided to give us a chance as our last full day in Miami it was a hot sunny beautiful day! perfect for para-​sailing!
To be honest, we got lost looking for this place on the beach because it’s only advertised by it’s ”red umbrellas” but eventually after ½ hour of walking the beach we found it.
Once we got ourselves ready, we had to sign some waivers and were lucky enough to catch a group just as they were getting ready to board the boat, so we didn’t have to wait long.
The experience itself is incredible. you’ve never seen an amazing view of Miami until you’ve flown in the air above it.
We were up in the air for about 10 – 15 minutes with 2 dunks into the water which was nice considering it was very hot out!
The crew was excellent and very friendly.
Unfortunately I did experience some seasickness after we got seated in the boat and the next group got loaded up.
Completely not the crews fault as we were in a speedboat. They were nice enough to offer me some bottled water. I guess I looked a little green!
If you go before 11 am, you get $ 10 off each person so it’s only $ 65 per person.
Plus you can purchase a photo package for $ 30 and you get TONS of photos on a keepsake memory card (which they put inside a plastic case, how convenient!)
Our photographer took at least 40 photos of us!
We had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to any of our friends travelling to Miami.
One thing I would change, have lockers available for people to store their stuff.
You could either a) leave your bags unattended in a box at the ”red umbrella check ins”
or b) take them on the speedboat where they can get wet.

Parasailing was really fun. I bought the picture package and when on the boat a guy asked us in the beginning if we purchased it, i said yes. Another group next to us said no but at the end of our experience i find out he didn’t take any, must have got us confused. They gave me the option of a refund or put us back in the air for a couple minutes to take the pictures which was nice of them but too much work so i took the refund. JUST MAKE SURE THEY KNOW YOU PURCHASED THE PHOTO PACKAGE. Say it in the beginning of the trip and right before you go up into the air !!!

We just finished doing this and had a blast. The boat captain and the other guy on the boat were super friendly and made us laugh and feel so comfortable. The only weird thing was the location was a little hard to find– it’s just a small stand with an umbrella on the beach and the staff working it seemed a little apathetic to guests. We weren’t even sure that they were staff at first. Besides that (which wasn’t bad, just a little confusing), everything was amazing and I would definitely do this again. 5 stars!

Incredible experience. It was our first time and I would definitely want to do it again. It looks like this business is run by just a couple guys! They are right on the beach behind Hotel Loews. Look for a beach umbrella that says parasail.

We met up the Biscayne bay marina since the water was choppy that day– and the crew was great! Very friendly and helpful. We went out with another couple and they played music for us. We were up in the air around 15 minutes– and time goes by fast! They dipped us twice– and took pictures with the photo package I got.
Will update once I plug the sd card in my computer– it currently says it is «not formatted».

Must do this if you’re in Miami! We booked online the morning of for the early bird 10am run. $ 65 each person and $ 30 for the pic package = $ 160 + $ 2 fee/​tax I think it’s def worth it. Got an email and then a call from Daniel shortly after the booking, who explained that due to the weather and choppiness of the ocean we would need to do the run in Biscayne Bay instead or I could reschedule. I said screw it lets just do it. Met in front on Montys Restaurant at Miami Beach Marina and initial meeting and waiver signing was a bit unorganized but we got through it. 3 other couples were in our «group». Staff and Boat Crew of Scott and Jose were great. Pic package was worth it as Jose got some pretty sweet shots. No marina life was seen but the experience was very relaxing and fun. We were up in the air about 15 mins. Now I can Knock this one off my bucket list! Can’t wait to do it again, next time in the Atlantic over Miami Beach hopefully.

Let me start off by saying miami is amazing. Me and the gf decided to try parasailing simce we love to try new things. I looked through Unilocal and this place had the best reviews.
I called and spoke to Dan. He was very friendly and informative. We made an appointment at 11am several days later. The morning of, we got a call from Dan letting me know the water wasn’t really cooperative for the day. He let us know the next day was going to be perfect so we rescheduled. I was happy he told us ahead of time and made sure our experience was going to be the best one.
The following day we arrived about 30 minutes early to the beach where they are located. (Look for red umbrellas!) we signed waivers and got on a raft that led us to the boat.
The experience was amaZing! The experience is about 15 minutes long in the air and you could see the entire beach and miami! I must tell you that you need to Atleast try this once. We had a go pro and it captured Everythjng! If you don’t have one, they offer you a photo package for only 30 $. The guys on the boat were friendly and talkative.
We were able to see turtles in the clear water below.
The total for the experience was $ 75 a person.
Again, try this out if you are in Miami!

Seriously… this ranks as one of the weirdest experiences ever, and I mean the costumer service/​staff, not the actual activity. lol
The person who is running it has the most quirky personality ever, super apologetic about the weather, somewhat frazzled and clueless. We sat on a couple plastic chairs and filled out the waiver, a larger group came after us but we were told that they had come earlier and that they were ahead of us; we were asked to get up from our seats to accommodate them, very odd but I assume by Miami standards it’s quite okay.
Aside from that this experience was decent, the captain was very professional yet the water was never clear enough to see anything in it, and that’s the whole ruse! If you are looking forward to see any «wildlife» please lower your expectations.
A couple umbrellas on the beach with a few chairs and a table. Ipad available to sign the waiver. Cash or credit is accepted.

Parasailing itself was amazing. To be high up in the clouds is a great feeling.
The staff and the camera guy SUCK.
First of all, we arrived on a Thursday to go parasailing. We had not paid yet since we were on standby because it started raining a lot. After a half hour, the rain started letting up and the sun came out and a group of us wanted to go parasailing. However, the staff was insistent on going home. They wanted to leave and get out of there to watch the game. I mean who does that? This is a business and you are here to make money. Yes, it WAS raining but it let up. I was angry that my time got wasted here. They said come back tomorrow before 11am, we will give you $ 10 off. (This wasn’t a discount or anything. This was already on their website.)
The next morning, we couldn’t make it so we came in the afternoon, ready to parasail. It was my boyfriend and I and we wanted pictures as well. The total came out to be $ 180, $ 75 per person, and $ 30 for the photo package. I asked if they would give us a little discount since we had come yesterday. They wouldn’t even give us $ 10 off. Ok, fine we said, we still wanted to go parasailing.
Like I said above, the parasailing experience itself was great. The pictures are HORRIBLE. They do not look like anything in the sample book they show you. Chris, the photographer, took horrible horrible pictures. I told him what I wanted specifically, and he didn’t listen to me at all. I wanted photos so bad to show my family and friends, but there is not a single picture that I can show them because the photos stink. This photo package is a waste of money. I had no one else who could take the pics for me and I really wanted pics but you’re better off saving your money, not buying the picture package, and just take a pic off from google of random people parasailing in the sky because that’s how you’ll look if you have this team take your pictures.
