Established in 2007.

The owner of SoBe Realty’s access to high-​profile clientele coupled with his comprehensive knowledge of target «Hot Spots» in three major cities put him at the forefront of exclusive real estate opportunities. Nearly 14 years later, his keen negotiation skills and reputation for providing exceptional customer service has earned him the trust of his clients. Thus SoBe Realty was established as an upscale brokerage.

Philippe L.

Business Owner

Native of France, Philippe is a motivated and passionate individual with a hands-​on approach to business. Graduated from The Culinary School of Paris, his career took off in the high-​end hospitality industry in Europe. In 1989 Philippe moved to Washington D.C. were he was the youngest manager for the Ritz Carlton Hotel. His work frequently took him between Washington D.C., New York and Miami helping him build an extensive network of international contacts. He manages investments for domestic and international clients in a range of properties including Portofino Tower, The Blue & Green Diamond, The Yacht Club, The Waverly, Brickell on The River, 500 Brickell and The Floridian.
