The cheapest place to get your fitness needs! Everything from protein shakes to lifting gloves. Guys are extremely knowledgeable. especially Reuben located at The Mary Brickell location!!!

I’d give this place five stars if they had parking. (If you live in walking distance why would you buy anywhere else? If you have to drive, get ready to swear.)
At first I walk in there is a hello from the counter but that’s it. There are deliveries being made, someone stocking the shelves, someone doing what looks like inventory but no one Asking if I would like some help.
Pro; There is a large selection to choose from.
Con; no one to ask or suggest products.
I decide my products… after I remember that I only had 3 quarters on me for the meter, well I had four but the first quarter went into the wrong meter. Fooled again by the old parking meter trick, you fooled me once but not four times. Luckily.
Anyhow the man checking me out when I asked his opinion was very cordial and explained his opinion of my products, even told me not to buy something for I was already purchasing a product that already included that item.
So if your still reading this.
Great competitive prices. Very reasonable. Especially for South Beach.
Great selection.
Nice man at counter.
I’ll be back. It’ll be worth whatever change I can find for I know I will forget the pain of parking and its tricky meters.

You Can’t beat the prices on the beach. Most of them even cheaper than online. Love that store. And those who’s crying bout the service go to GNC, get fooled and pay double more. I come, grab and pay less. That’s all

I am not a workout freak, but I try to stay in decent shape.
I had been going to the gym for a year but hadn’t noticed any weight loss.
I stopped by this NPS store in South Beach to get some advice.
The manager took the time to explain to me that your metabolism begins to slow down in your 40’s and he suggested changing my eating habits to 5 small meals a day instead of 3, one of which could be substituted by a protein shake.
I took his advice and I lost 30 lbs. Now I go to this shop every month to buy protein powder.
The prices have been creeping up, and once there was a very pushy manufacturer’s rep there pushing a pre-​workout formula, but aside from that, it’s a pleasant and convenient place to shop. Parking sucks, but I’m usually on foot.
They have earned my loyalty and I will continue to shop there.

This store has good prices, but the worst customer service.
The owner (short little guy) thinks he is GOD !! Once I bought an expired protein shake and he reused to exchange it !! Then they have 2 other guys good for nothing !
Every time I go shop there, I came out screaming !

I been using NPC for years they have the best prices in town and I even have a price check on my I Phone and they seem to have the same low prices minus shipping, you might get a friendly greeting at GNC but their prices are crazy and I just don’t like to be follow around the store. If you want to save money this is it.

I’m not sure what all the bitching and moaning is about.
I’ve been shopping at NPC ever since they had a store on Lincoln Road and have never had a single one of the bad experiences some people are complaining about here.
Is the service the ABSOLUTE BEST? Probably not.
Is the service the ABSOLUTE WORST? Definitely not.
What I can say for sure is that they do have the LOWSET PRICES in Miami and for a shop doing business on South Beach this is an incredible accomplishment.
Now you may get better service at GNC but I really wouldn’t know because the last time I looked at their prices I felt so ripped off I just left.
I also want to address some of the complaints I’m seeing here:

Carlos — the prices are always listed on the merchandise.
jared K — if they don’t want to quote you prices over the phone that’s their business. And what’s with the cursing? If that’s the way you talk I wouldn’t want you in my store anyway.
army — I’ve never felt like they were treating me like a criminal so maybe you just have a chip on your shoulder?
Anyway, until I have one of these alleged negative experiences I’ll keep shopping at NPC.

Not sure why this place only gets 3 stars. I have been here a few times and the prices are really right. The smal store carries a wide selection of supplements with the right price. Gonzalo, one of the sales staff members was very helpful yet not pushy.
We immediately found what we were looking for and then some stuff.
If you want to get near internet deals, this is the place to go.

If your looking for service, go elsewhere. You probably won’t be greeted and the guy working the register will probably be texting on his phone. That being said, their prices tend to be much better then their competition and selection above average. Also, prices are typically not listed (I hate that) but when they ring things up, it is typically less than what i would expect.

When you open their front door and see the girl behind the counter texting, you know its not going to be a good experience.
Normally use the Grove location, but was over on the beach recently to pick up some supplements.
Was never asked to be helped, never greeted, nothing. Prices seem to have gone up as well. Another customer was complaining about multiple bad experiences there as well.
If another well-​priced competitior opens up, I am gone!

I just got off the phone with these jerk offs. I asked for the price of something and the douche bag told me he wasn’t going to give me the price over the phone. Fuck You Ass Hole Iill shop somewhere else.

FYI… they have moved to Alton Road, just south of 17^th street and directly across from CRUNCH

NPC has prices that are very competitive (in many cases lower) with internet warehouses. That’s saying a lot considering they are located in Miami Beach where commercial rents are sky high. NPC has all the top selling nutritional supplements from protein shakes, omega oils, vitamins, & workout accesories. The staff is helpful and will not try and sell you anything. If you need help they give it to you. If you just wanna browse they let you browse in peace. No chatty musclehead or hippie staff trying to make you buy crap you don’t need like most nutritional shops.

If you are looking for some whey protein or other vitamin supplements, than this local South Florida store (3 locations) has lower prices than the the better known national franchise store. The brands are much different so I would recommend either bringing a copy of the label of your current product or taking a picture of it with your camera phone.
I also liked the fact that they didn’t try and sell me a yearly membership in any rewards or discount program.
