The paddle board for an hour was fun & we took it around the canals. Great time!

Great experience! Loved the beach and the guide! Our guide took pics for us. And used airdrop to share! Super easy to share pics! The lights were fun!!! Done SUP before… Definitely a must in Miami!
Parking is nearby, lockers are provided!

Bought the groupon 90 minute glow tour. You arrive and sign in at their garage down the street from the marina. They give you the gear and go through all the how to’s. They help you get in the water and play music and take pictures which was awesome and an added bonus. The tour went way past only 90 minutes which was also nice. The boards with the lights and the crew were super awesome. They didn’t mind that we were taking so long and went past the hour. Alex has really taken the time and gone above and beyond to send me all the pictures and videos which came out awesome. I totally recommend this place and I look forward to paddle boarding again! Did a one hour rental one afternoon. Quick 5 minute instruction lesson is really all you need. They helped take our boards and fitted our paddles. We went around one of the canal rows and then back, was about an hour trip.
Place has a restroom and lockers to store your stuff.
I’ve never done it before and was able to stand up and paddle in no time. Never fell off the board either. The water area is pretty calm less the one boat that came through (and other yacht owners were yelling at him too)
Had a blast and can’t wait to go again!

I rarely write 1 star reviews but the customer service and treatment by the owner warrant this. If fact I would give them 0 stars.
I purchased a package for 2 for the night paddle board trip for 90 minutes as a birthday gift. As another reviewer mentioned after arrival and check in there is very little instruction on how to use the paddle board. The 3 minutes of «lessons «took place in the garage standing on the floor. Well guess what? I am Tom Cruise in Top Gun when I am pretending to fly a plane sitting on my coach but put me and a real plane and it going to be a differed story! The same here no lessons or instructions where given except «go faster «by the guide who seemed more interested in updating his social media on his phone and blasting «How Deep is your Love «
I suck at paddle board I now know. But I was left behind by the guide and whole group except for my date who knew what she was doing. Now I can swim so I was not panicked but I could imagine a person who was not comfortable in the water getting left behind in the dark would be traumatic. It was a windy night and large wakes in the water caused by boats as the route took out out pass the no wake signs
Eventually we were told that because we were so far behind to come back to shore. Ok cool no problem but …
We were then told an employee that we could not get our belongings because the guide still on the water had the only key to the building and we would need to wait over 90 minutes for the tour to return. What the F? How can only one person have the key? There is not contingency plan for an emergency? This employed lied about «getting the key «and tried to play the «no speak good English card «so my girlfriend starting yelling at him in Spanish. He «entiendo «now ! Another guy stood at the dock staying he was locked out but it would only be 30 minutes. Meanwhile he offered my girlfriend who was still wet walking around in a bikini his flip flops like he was Jesus or something. No one wants to wear your crusty flips flops man! It turned out he was the owner and after some more ranting by her and me waking over to a parked police car — key «magically «appeared from the owners car.
The owner was rude and combative to a women who was upset that she locked out at night in a bikini with no access to her belongings after he and the staff lied about being able to open up the shop.
I just wanted my wallet so I could get beer and tequila next door at B&B but he kept arguing about no refunds scurried into his office.
Bottom line — this place is not safe at all for newbies and bad bad business etiquette all around. Lying to customers is just inexcusable.
A great night ruined by the poorest customer service and lack of safety on the water I have experienced.

A group of four of us bought $ 9 one hour groupons and used them Labor Day weekend. My manfriend and I have paddle boarded a decent amount before but our two friends have not. The staff runs through the basics in the garage where you register and pick up your boards but after that you are on your own. Once they launch you at the boat ramp and tell where to go, you just have to figure it out.
I think our friends who have never tried paddle boarding before would have had a much more enjoyable time if they had had some instruction in the water from someone other than me. It would be nice to have an instruction period out in the bay before they turn you lose. Other than that, the boards were easy to use, the staff was very pleasant and the scenery was beautiful, as always
Don’t forget to get your ID back from them before you leave!

Visiting from England, this was our first time paddle boarding. It was good fun and would definitely recommend it with this company. The host guy was great and the views around the marina were gorgeous! Value for money was also very good. I want to go back sometime and try out the cool LED boards they have. A must do when in Miami!

Simply an excellent experience renting paddle boards… Oscar and Alex were both fantastic in making sure our paddles were at the right height as well as gave some tips on the paddle board that we didn’t know about before. Once down to the water a staff member helped get us into the water safely and we had a great time. The equipment was all in good condition and paddling in the bay and canals was a lot of fun. Hands down will continue to come to rent boards here.

My favorite place to Paddle Board at least 2 times a week. Great exercise and sun at the same time. Beautiful views and some cool big boats in the canals. Awesome friendly staff! See y’all next week!

The staff is excellent! Juan is amazingly nice and so is the rest of the staff. The route we took along the bay was great. We had an excellent view. Me and my boyfriend had a great time!

This is the place to go if you want to paddle board in Miami beach. Parking is just next to the store, making it really convenient. The staff is super nice, and there to make your a experience fun and relaxing. If your dog likes the water you are able to take him!

This place has gotten pretty popular, prob due to the fact that they always have specials on groupon.
If you are thinking of going paddle boarding, purchase their group in, it’s 20 $ for 2 hrs (which is more than enough on he water, physically demanding)
if you are a beginner, they provide you with a quick lesson.
–People seem to miss the location, it’s inside a car shop right next to beer and burger joint.
–Call in advance or go online to make reservations, a lot of the times they won’t answer the phone cause they are out on the water helping other costumers.
Although their boards are not the best quality, they are pretty much the inflatable ones, they do the job and u can still have a fun time out on be water
— make sure to ask about the currents when going out there and which routes to take. You will need the advise when you are out there struggling against the wind.
–ask about which route to take to paddle to the island, they will know what ur talking about, it’s a little island that you can hang out and chill
I always come back to this company, it is a guaranteed good time.

A group of friends and I got a Groupon for this. It was $ 19 for a 2 hour rental. I got there at around 12:45 and I had to wait for my other friends because they took a while to get there (If you’re doing this with a group, make sure everyone gets there on time. If not, you’ll get time taken out of your rental).
So we get our boards and get lifejackets (these are optional, but highly recommended). We make our way to dock and get in the water (it’s more like a marina/​canal. you won’t be on a beach). There was a guy that put the band around our ankle and then pushed us in the water. From there you’re on your own. I was freaking out. The guy even had to swim out and help me.
My advice: If you’re afraid of water, don’t do this. If you really want to try, I suggest lessons or classes. If you can’t swim, I suggest taking lessons for that too. Even though you’ll be wearing a life jacket, it’s still pretty risky. Other than that, this is a fun activity if you’re down to get a workout and get some breathtaking views.
As for me, I don’t think i’ll be paddle boarding for a while.

This is a must-​do adventure! Definitely not challenging whatsoever once you get the hang of it, and it certainly helps that the guides keep up with your progress every step of the way. Scenic, romantic, fun, exciting, just perfect for any occasion or person you’d like to share this with!

Super awesome place! Went for a sunset paddle board tour. Our tour was read by two of the grooviest dudes ever.
Went for an hour long cruise. They took pictures of everyone throughout the tour to send to us after. LED equipped boards. The guys leading our tour were genuinely interested in making sure everyone had a great time! HIGHLY recommend this place!

Decent experience for paddleboard rental, but the boards are all inflatable, not real soft-​top or epoxy.
I purchased a groupon for a 2 hour paddleboard rental, called and scheduled a slot for the following day and they were very accommodating. Once I got there, I signed a waiver and then was provided with a paddleboard, however it was an inflatable board which is very unusual. They don’t paddle as well, and alot harder to paddle on as well as being rather unstable.
None of us were given maps or directions on where to go, so we basically all just randomly paddled around, which is kind of dangerous. The person doing the paperwork was very nice.

Went this weekend with a groupon. Was somewhat difficult to locate shop because they are inside a garage with no signage. Once we found it we were able to get our boards and had a great time.
I already have plans to go back and would definitely recommend it.

I have been reading the previous reviews and I believe that things have radically changed in the last couple of months. My experience with the company was excellent.
I went last Saturday and did the sunset paddle tour, which lasted for approximately 1.5 hours and had stunning views of the sunset, the bay, and the houses. I actually called that same morning and made the reservation right away.
Customer service was also amazing. I actually dropped my gopro camera to the bottom of the canal where we were paddling and Camilo, our tour guide, jumped in the water and tried to save it. Unfortunately, because it was dark, he couldn’t find it. However, the next morning, he went out there and spend and hour looking for the camera and found it! I couldn’t believe it.
I highly recommend the sunset tour and I will be forever thankful that Camilo helped me out and found my camera.

I did paddle boarding with this company back in 2013 and recently all summer of 2014.
During the summer of 2013, my friend and I were PROPERLY INSTRUCTED on the usage, HAD LIFE VESTS, were taken to the dock and ASSISTED. WE HAD A GREAT TIME.
During 2013, My friend did complain that it was hard to reach the company by phone as it related to booking. She also expressed her issue regarding scheduling and her concern that her purchases were going to expire with Camilo. He was VERY UNDERSTANDING AND ACCOMMODATING.
I believe they were overwhelmed with their Groupon sales and did not have the system in place for appointment scheduling.
FAST FORWARD to the summer of 2014. Since I FELT COMFORTABLE I purchased multiple Living Social promotions to get my $ 10.00 deals. I have BEEN 100% SATISFIED with booking (you do it online) and even though I have returned on various occasions I am always given a pre-​paddleboarding lesson. ALL OF THE EQUIPMENT IS TOP NOTCH & IN GREAT CONDITION (life vests– complete with whistles). Yes reaching them by phone may be challenging but they do text (786−428−4402), can be reached by email
or you can visit the location (THEY ARE NOT M-​I-​A).
So far I find the workers (in particular Lara and Camilo) at this location VERY PROFESSIONAL, understanding and accommodating within reason.
So next time you see any promotion take advantage of those deals because you will surely have A FANTASTIC TIME at an UNBELIEVABLE DISCOUNT :).
One more thing — do try their SUNSET GLOW TOURS, OMG, my friends and I had such AN UNFORGETTABLE TIME. It was awesome.

FYI: as a New Yorker at heart .from the Bronx… water sports was not my cup of tea… the closest we got to water in the summer was the fire hydrant splash (it was an 80s city thing)…so thank God paddle boarding is exciting and relaxing because it keeps my sea creature fears at bay :) TRY IT!!! YOU WILL LOVE IT TOO :)
