We offer Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin: Facial fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse, Perlane, Belotero, Voluma, Expression)

Laser Procedures: Laser Hair Removal, Laser Skin Tightening, Laser Skin Rejuvenation, Laser Fotofacials and Ematrix (Sublative Rejuvenation).

Ulthera skin tightening non-​surgically lifts and tightens skin on the face, neck and underneath the chin. It is also used to lift the brows.

We offer Latisse for growing eyelashes longer, thicker and darker and we have an array of prescription skin care products and sunscreens.

Chemical Peels are done in the office to treat all skin types and skin care needs.

Business Owner

Michelle O’Neill is an NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants) Board Certified Physician Assistant. She has been in medical practice since 1997. Michelle obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Florida and graduated with honors in 1993. She then obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Physician Assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated with High Honors in 1997. Michelle is a professional member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

After having practiced Internal Medicine for over 10 years, Michelle decided to pursue her passion for aesthetics and anti-​aging medicine. Michelle is currently a resident of Miami Beach, FL and is co-​founder of Miami Beach Laser Spa. She has been extensively trained and certified in Botox®, Dermal Fillers, Laser Procedures, EMatrix, Ulthera® Skin Tightening and Sclerotherapy.

Michelle is fantastic… I am only in Miami on short stents but I will now only go and see her for Botox… she does not overdo the dosages and makes sure it is done well to look natural. No one ever says it is too overdone just looks like I’m fresh… Can’t recommend her and her team enough. See you soon.

After moving back to Miami from up north and knowing my shirtless, hirsute back would be once again exposed to the sun, I knew I had to take action. After checking Unilocal for laser hair removal on Miami Beach, I found Michelle and her team conveniently located nearby. Unilocal did me well as all the positive reviews are on point!
Located in a beautiful office overlooking Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach Laser Spa offers all types of laser hair removal treatments, Botox, fillers and more. Michelle did a thorough consult of my hair and gave me lots of insight into a proper treatment plan. Prices were very reasonable and I was impressed with her professionalism and personal care.
My appointments always end up being a mixture of laser hair removal, restaurant recommendations, pain tolerance testing, and mental health therapy sessions. Michelle, Carol and Courtney are all very personable and somehow make being zapped repeatedly with laser beams a pleasant experience. On top of that, Michelle’s medical background and customer commitment is assuring, as she always is checking progress of the treatments and paying attention to areas that need more treatment.
The treatments have worked very well and I couldn’t be happier with Miami Beach Laser Spa’s work. I can finally head to the beach to show off my smoooooooth back.

Her staff is wonderful and always so sweet — the energy in her office is positive, welcoming and professional.
And, it doesn’t end there — Michelle personally follows up to ask how you’re doing and they schedule follow up appt’s so they can visibly check you to make sure all looks great.

I visit Miami Beach Laser Spa to remove unwanted hair from my back. At first, I was wary of Michelle’s charm and eloquence. Ya know, charm and eloquence are great skills for salespeople. Soon after my consultation with Michelle, I realized that charm and eloquence is part of her professionalism, education, training, skills, and knowledge of the medspa industry.
Subjecting myself to laser hair removal is not painful in the presence of Michelle and her technicians, Carol and Courtney. For me, it has been a threefold experience: effective hair removal, a clean and painless (as painless as it’s going to get), and a wonderful time with Michelle, Carol and Courtney.
Getting laser hair removal from these three «girls» is like getting laser hair removal from Olivia Pope (Michelle), Selita Ebanks (Carol), and Lauren Conrad (Courtney.) You know «it’s handled» with the utmost professionalism when Michelle is involved; Selita only motivates you to work your hardest to look the best you can; and Lauren Conrad’s charisma and elegance permeates the room when Courtney walks in.
I love my experience at the Miami Beach Laser Spa and wouldn’t trade it for any other medspa. I’m ecstatic to have found a place that’s clean, professional, and effective.

I have been going to Miami Beach Laser Spa for 5 years now and I absolutely would not go anywhere else. Michelle and the girls are wonderful… professional, kind, warm, friendly.
What truly sets Michelle apart from other clinicians is that she errs on the conservative side, is very cautious and has an amazing talent to make you look «refreshed» rather than it being so obvious you have had «something done». Her results create a natural look and I am never disappointed. When it comes to putting your face, body, etc. in the hands of someone else, you must trust them explicitly, and with Michelle I definitely do.
She is very consultative, listens to what you want and won’t try to sell you extra products and services that you don’t need. She is authentic, genuine and truly enjoys what she does and it shows.
Each time I visit, it’s like visiting friends or family. The office is warm and inviting and you are well taken care of the entire time you are there. I highly, highly recommend visiting MBLS if you are considering injections, botox, spa and/​or laser services. It’s top notch here.

Have you ever noticed how some people in Miami Beach look like they’ve obviously gone to a medspa and had botox or some collagen injections (think over-​plumped lips)? That’s because, unfortunately for them, they went to some other medspa. Oops! What’s special about Michelle O’Neill, the PA at Miami Beach Laser Spa is that she does the work so tastefully so that you look younger, your skin looks and feels better, but your face won’t wear a billboard that reads, «I’ve just been to a medspa.» And that’s the whole idea, isn’t it? That level of subtlety takes years of medical knowledge and experience, plus a high degree of skill and finesse, which Michelle clearly has. I can say this because I know a lot of people (including many of my own clients, several of whom are experienced medspa goers) who have been on the receiving end of her needles or lasers, and all of them have great things to say about their results. I also have personally benefited from a series of IPL/​fotofacials to remove sunspots from my face, and Michelle did a wonderful job taking years off of my face. And a couple of years later, I still have the benefits of those treatments. She also has an extensive knowledge of a variety of skincare products, including chemical-​free sunblock and moisturizers, two Miami essentials that I’ve learned to appreciate with her help. If you want to look younger, feel younger, take better care of your skin, or simply want a solid skincare regimen, I recommend contacting the Miami Beach Laser Spa at Mt. Amazing! Now, I will not say who got what, if anything done, and due to the skill involved by the WONDERFUL Michelle who did the procedure, it is possible nobody will ever notice, who, if anyone, actually had some work done. Michelle was just amazingly friendly. You can tell she is doing a jobs he loves. She spent time explaining everything, well beyond what most people would do, and is a P.A., which is as high a medical degree one can obtain before being an M.D. Also the prices… AMAZING…cheaper than «mall botox». Also, certain procedures involving needles in and around the facial area, not nearly as scary as some people thought. Allegedly. We will be back. Definitely.
